For TLDR folks, here are the basics.

5 BCSs, 3 different girls.  1 was really a pro.  Others I've seen twice each.  Got a third visit this afternoon with one.

3 more M&G/BCDs scheduled  

3 flakes and never met

1 went to jail, separate post

Sent about 500 messages.  About 60 went to text.  Probably 50 or so scams of one degree or another.

So, the game is volume.  That has not changed.  

White Flags
1. Description and what they are looking for is 2-3 paragraphs of about 3-4 sentences each.   Too much or too little is either entitled or a scam
2. Real selfie pics in a bathroom or average house.  Pics are in an area that is actually in the city she's in.  Foreign vacation pics are almost always a scam
3. No photo shop or AI pics.  Natural cell phone  
4.  One location, maybe two of she's in college
5. 30+ and in school?  Scam almost always
6. Working on a career but struggling.  Always a good sign.  Means she knows what she's here for and doesn't mind an older guy giving advise.
7.  Emotional connection but NSA.  Means she doesn't want to be treated like an escort.  But knows sex and money are on the menu
8. Willing to share tests and take it bare.  Pros will want condoms for everything but want SB prices not escort prices
9. Will go to text right away.  Pros will do this too, but scams will always want to stay on site or use Whatsapp or telegram  
10.  Will tell you what they are comfortable with when it comes to sex.
11.  Will give a high allowance amount but will settle for less quickly  
12. Willing to talk on the phone or video chat.  Or meet for coffee somewhere.
13. If they don't drive, willing to Uber somewhere and ask for it to be paid for after you meet.  Or let you.order the Uber.  Can't blame a broke girl for not wanting to risk a $30 fair if you don't hit it off.
14. Wants to spend more than just a M&G if you like each other.  Have a sex plan, either hotel or somewhere to go.
15. Great personality that you actually get along with

If they won't go offline to text or email right away, I drop them.
Once offline I state my ppm range quickly.  If they don't agree I drop them.
We either meet at a coffee shop if they want to feel comfortable first or we go direct to BCD.
The coffee shop meet is mostly to get them to see who they are going to diddle.  I've lost a few at that point, but I think the majority have followed thru.

So not a lot of time invested until the last stages.  I think this is the key to the numbers game.  Don't spend a lot of time on early prospects.  If you set your heart on her bio pics you'll end up chasing rainbows.  Harvest the whole field.

I usually let them tell me the range first.  If I go straight to a ppm and they feel vindictive they can report it to SA as solicitation.  Don't feel like being in the naughty room with them after I just paid for three months  

But everything else is a go.  M&G is mandatory if we don't do a video call before heading to a BCD.  Had plenty of girls that used old pics and were either 10 years older or 100 lbs heavier or both

The last time I was scammed - in my own house! - I did a video chat about 3 hours before our meeting time. I was ok without a M&G with the assumption that a video chat would suffice.  The chat by FaceTime from her car actually seemed to go well.  She was personable, engaged, didn't throw off any red flags and we had a good discussion about expectations (BBFS) and boundaries.  

 
When she arrived I didn't see her park in front of my house, but there were other (neighbor's) cars already there so I figured she had parked up the block a bit and walked to my front door.  

 
She ended up pulling the "pay me now" scam on me. I lowered my guard after she pulled her top up in my living room to show me her tits and I had fondled them for a bit.  We were ready to head to the bedroom and I gave her the cash ($300) from the hallway. As soon as she had it she turned to my front door, made a comment about getting her "toys" from her car, and bailed. I was able to see her get into her car - on the passenger side - and it sped away.  

 
After reviewing my mental video replay, I realized where I missed the red flag: When she facetimed me from her car, she was on the passenger side of the car. That meant her BF/pimp/co-conspirator was driving.  I sent her a clip from my Ring Video showing her entering and leaving my house, with a promise to send it all to LE.  No reply.  

 
Then I finished off the bottle of wine I had opened for her (thankfully not an expensive one) and wrote off the $300 loss as a cost of being an SD and went about my day.  

 
Pretty nice tits though....

I added this in on the known scams thread.  But the two or three minutes video call where she just says hi and smiles then it disconnects.  It's a pre-recorded video to get you to buy pics or send money

I've never understood using a range as a negotiating tool. How to you respond if she says $400 to $500 PPM? Automatically go with the low number? The SD is likely to go low and the SB is insulted. Opposite is true if I would give a range, I expect her to take the high number. When I was a green rookie in this game some 10 years ago, a prospective SB gave me her range and I reflexively offered the low number and she immediately called me cheap and moved on.
