Interesting question.  I've seen some stanky pussy over the years seeing escorts and strippers who provide extras. It's never fun and makes me question many of my life's decisions... at least until I have her switch and finish me orally.  

 
For SB's... nope. Can't recall ever experiencing that. Off the top of my head (no pun intended), I suppose that is partially due to my requirement that we swap recent test results before our 1st BCD. I think SB's who get tested regularly are generally conscientious about personal hygiene and vaginal health. But that's just speculation, really.  

 
I suppose upon catching a "whiff" you could playfully suggest a mutual shower.  If the problem persists, you may need to decide between having a difficult, but frank conversation, or just bailing as you mentioned.  I have in the past pointed out unexpected lumps in breasts and asked about white discharge (which could be a result of a yeast infection). The key is to be calm, supportive and concerned, rather than accusatory or shaming. I also expect this is easier to do in a long-term ongoing arrangement where trust is well-developed.
