Currently have 3 SB's in the rotation and I am extremely happy.  Have been with #1 for over a year; and although I continue to interview POT's, #2 and #3 SB positions really hasn't been challenged in a while.  

However, the niche that could be filled, would be a SB at a lower costs and available at short notice (let's say approximately 24 hrs).  

So I am thinking about looking outside of my normal comfort zone.  Perhaps slightly overweight, but yet still attractive?  Smokers and/or greater than 40yrs of age are no goes.  Has anyone ever had a SB that was not in their top tier, but still scratched the itch when needed?

I stumbled across on this past weekend.  She could be a 3rd team player or come off the practice squad in a pinch.  Over 40 although says mid 30s, slim, too much makeup, talked too much.  Still enjoyable and has a waterfall downstairs 😉.  My 1st and 2nd string are pretty solid but always evaluating new talent.  

She was probably still a TER 9 AND she was a swallow bird, but she was way outside my usual age, (but not weight) range.

 
She got laid off of her $12 hr job and just wanted to replace the lost income, which three visits a week to me replaced easily, and (do the math) it was a GREAT deal for me. lol I'd have her come over early in the morning, actually before first light, I'd leave the door open for her and shower before going to bed instead of my usual "wake up" shower in the morning and start my day off right. It was a GREAT arrangement.

 
I'd probably still be seeing her today, but she was married, was doing this according to her with her husbands approval, but I knew that wouldn't last forever and it didn't.

I do have one that fits this. I originally met her thru SA as she was in another city at the time. She’s a 9 on the looks scale and a lot of fun with zero drama. I thought that she was going to be a regular part of my rotation but she ended up moving to another city with her best friend. The city she moved to is one that I visit 3-4 times a year so don’t get to see her much. Whenever I’m in town, it’s generally shorts trips with not much notice. She is a big time foodie and always wants to try something new on the dinner front so as long as I always include a really nice meal, she is always game. Like most SB’s, doesn’t have a lot of money and doesn’t get to go out so she loves an excuse to get dressed to the 9’s and have a night out on the town. We’ll spend several hours together and she always spends the night.  I will take her away once or twice a year on a little weekend getaway which is really the only time she gets to travel.

...it's populated with A listers who are no longer local to me.  When I get a quick itch that my A listers can't scratch, I keep a list of 3 or 4 moderate cost/high compatibility pros on hand.  

 
I've never been interested in retaining or acquiring an SB that is well outside my acceptable zone for looks, attitude or BCD skills.  I've had the opportunity, but never pursued it. For example, I met a 34-ish Asian semi-spinner a couple of years ago who was looking for her 1st SD after leaving a rocky 4 year relationship due to some trauma.   During the M&G I explained the Sugar basics to her: dates x times a week or month, allowance per date, fun activities together at my expense and lots of sloppy wet sex before we part ways for the day.  

 
She was articulate, witty, sexy AF and had a good job. She wasn't desperate for cash; just companionship, funds for some modest luxuries, and fun.  

 
However, the trauma I mentioned above is what made the BF bail after he realized why sex with her was so disappointing.  It turns out she had childhood issues with a relative (read between the lines...) and as a result, the most she was comfortable doing sexually was being a starfish while a guy pumped and dumped. No oral, no foreplay, no anal, no active participation at all.  (Yes, she had seen therapists, blah, blah, blah...)

 
I was direct but not rude when I let her know that I, along with most guys she would meet on the site, would not be willing to sign up for that and we parted ways. I still see her profile active on the site, so I guess she's been able get some sugar along the way.    

 
There are a few former SB's that I occasionally think about, including two porn stars. But I really don't see myself in the recycling business.
