Please solve a mystery for me.  When I look at lists of the national top providers, virtually all of them have enhanced breasts.  How do women with implants get rated so high?  I have nothing against women getting implants if they want to, but why do these unrealistic boobs appeal to so many men?  My top two criteria for tits are 1. that they be natural, and 2. shape.  Do most hobbyists just have size as their top priority?  I can understand some men feeling this way, but it seems to be almost a consensus.  Am I just missing something?

I can’t remember the last time I’ve seen a provider with breasts smaller than D cup LOL. I love DD’s! Ds to me are the perfect size and shape, so I’m definitely one who finds them appealing

I love implants...call it a fetish. Implants are one of man’s greatest inventions. Silicone or saline, a nice big boobjob beats naturals any day for me. I like cleavage, sideboob, underboob, projection and symmetry.

Pursue that which you prefer.  I'd bet big bucks that you'd never in a million years be able to talk a woman intent on having her breasts enhanced out of it, no matter how magnificent you think that which nature had endowed her with is.

I love a well-done breast enhancement.  They don't have to be silly huge.  But a really nice C or D cup on a toned, athletic girl...that will get me every time.  If there are scars under the breasts, that's a turn-off, but that seems to be a thing of the past for the most part.  

Since I love fucking women too, wanted to throw in my 0,2.... I prefer natural breast. Big, small, it doesn't matter as long as they FEEL good. Really a turn on if her nipples are sensitive.  
I thought about a boob job but mine still look pretty good for a 47 yo and I definitely don't want to loose my nipple sensitivity. If i ever do get mine done, I have the perfect Dr already picked out.  
Some boob jobs look so fucking hot but some do not.  
Either way, if it makes the woman feel better about herself,  I'm happy for her. I just prefer natural boobs.  😚

They can be big, small, natural or enhanced. I look for beautiful curves and lines. Sometimes, it's the nipples poking out or the size or shape of the  areolas.

when you say a"a minimum of a D/DD cup" do you mean a 30D or a 36D? They are vastly different sizes. Of course, what doesn't hep is that so many providers don't know their own bra size.

Of course the overall package and chemistry is most important, but given the choice, I'd take a natural B over an enhanced D any day. Either is Ok when just watching. But when in my hands, whether with a provider or at a club, natural just feels way better to me. Just feeling a good set of naturals can get me pretty hard.  Not true for enhanced.

Which is not the case. Implants do not mean that they will look fake.  

I have to admit for the most part enhanced breasts make a woman look better. That is as long as they are still reasonably proportioned to the body and not outrageously or grossly done. So if I am to judge the physical aspect and give a rating I'd probably give a high rating -keeping in mind that I can only assume the breasts are implanted and not genuine by their look alone.

Implants are a turnoff for me and can spot them a mile away. By my lights, they rarely look natural and don't like how they feel either. One reason could be that most surgeons have no art school background? They should all be required to take anatomy, drawing and sculpture classes? Also not a fan of botox and butt injections/implants. Amazed those things are so appealing to do many. Think provider's  "look" in general

If they look good and feel good I could care less if they are enhanced or not. There is an art form to taking the time to find the right look right for your body and doctor to do the job if you are planning to get enhanced breasts. I know you all have seen botched jobs. Those individuals  sadly didn't do their research. I'm not into super unnaturally perky enhanced boobs. I prefer the natural look. So natural that people have to second guess if they are enhanced or not. Enhancement gives that youthful perky look so I think that is why men are into enhanced breasts. It's just human nature. Everyone has their preferences. Remember the hobby is living out a fantasy and most men prefer ample curves in the upper region for the ladies.

All proportionate with my small body. Do I wish I had big boobs at times? YES! I am just so fearful of losing nipple sensitivity that I have yet to pull the trigger. My nipples are a direct link to my pussy. So losing that sensitivity would be a very bad hit for me.

Natural boobs in a C cup with firmness and medium to large nipples are simply impossible to beat , in my opinion . I have seen some saline implants that come close but your can still make out the difference .

I cannot lie ... many enhanced breasts look delicious.  Naturals are good too.   Variety is the spice of life.

Women do many enhancements and some men do as well. Butt tucks, tummy tucks, strengthening thighs and legs, lips, chins, neck and the list is long.

I have a preference for large natural breast ( D,DD.,...) one hell of a turn on. But will settle for implants if they don't look obviously 'man made'..

I prefer natural; big, small, flat, medium.  It's the softness I love and the weight of natural big tits feels good to me.

One had a her job done years ago with silicone.  She had a flat tire 20 years later and goes back in for repair.  She had breast cancer and didn't know it.  Who knows if it was from the silicone; which I believe has been replaced and progressed to saline today.  The cancer was not caught, fast forward 2 years she has stage 4 breast cancer in her lymph nodes and both breasts get removed with rounds of chemo, radiation and poison that sickened her for a whole year.  She chose to not go back for reconstruction.

I don't want to call them augmentations; sometimes they are diminishments. My preferences are such the tails on the natural distribution are smaller than the tails on the fake distribution. The averages (center or top of the curves) do not necessarily occur in the same place and the shapes (height, width) of the curves are probably a little bit different.

I don't think everyone has my taste.  In fact, the contrary seems obvious.  I get that every hobbyist will have his own taste, and I realize we all like what we like.  I just don't understand why men with a taste for implants seem to be the overwhelming majority.  I intuitively expected the opposite case.  I'm getting some good explanations, though, so I'm glad people are responding.

Boobs might be a secondary consideration or of NO consideration to those sending them to the top.  It could be service level, general or overall appearance (regardless of boobs), extra time or attention. In fact, some of them might be getting top ratings DESPITE enhanced boobs ("She was great. I just wish she had left her naturals alone.").

Such a correlation demands concrete rather than speculative refutation. I also do not believe that breast type alone is causal of high rankings.  But at +0.9 it has to be a factor.   No, I did not conduct a multivariate regression analysis, so I can't say whether implants are one of the most important factors, but it is irrational to conclude that they are either a non-factor or are inversely correlated.  To say QED, you need to refute the null hypothesis, which you have not done.  With respect to your argument, quod non est demonstratum.

True,  Priya, breast enhancements are not all created equal. Your breasts certainly look quite natural as shown on your website, and occasionally one comes across a beautiful pair of enhanced breasts that look and feel quite natural.  But I would contend that this is the exception, not the rule. I also do not preclude ever being with a provider with enhanced boobs, so I don't think my preference -- not fixation -- will cause me to miss out on very many beautiful women.

Yes, the sample size is small, the reviewing pool is basically self-selected and could bias the data, and there are other complications. (Big or fake boobs are not a factor for me. I prefer naturals regardless of size but I don't submit reviews any more so I am not represented in those lists.)

Big breasts become big beasts IMO.   I don't mind a D cup on a larger woman, but my preference is a C cup, natural or enhanced doesn't matter.  Some of the double and triple D's remind me of the breast equivalent of clown feet, and its a turn off for me, unless her name is Bessie and she gives milk regularly.

Sorry, but this is the adult entertainment industry & enhanced breasts can be beautiful!  I just got brand new tata's this year & they look natural.  I did not go overboard with unrealistic size breasts.  I am a single Mom who has breast fed babies, so naturally my boobs were droopy.  I did lots of research prior to having surgery & picked the best Dr.  I could not be more pleased with my outcome.  Everyone is different.  If you don't, like enhanced breast their are plenty of providers who choose to stay natural.

For some reason, it seems most TER ladies in Atlanta have been implanted.  I almost scheduled an appointment with an implanted lady and then I looked closer at her pics.  I had to ask her: “don’t take this the wrong way, but, do you have implants?” She almost cried - email-wise and wrote “yes, but they’re soft.”  I didn’t see her..  Fortunately, there are many options in Atlanta!

have you never touched a good set of implants? I'm guessing no. Most of the high end cohesive gel silicone implants are near indistinguishable in look and feel to breast tissue.

River, I’ve followed your “advice” for several years now.  No implants for me - no matter how “good” you think they are they’re “fake” and I can tell!  I clearly obviously have no zero (0) “need” for a fake large dick, but, I’m betting that a lady can “tell” if I had one LOL
I’ve had several TER ladies who implanted, and I’ve stopped seein ‘em all.  I remember one - a fave - who told me “I’m going fake-boobs tomorrow!”  I had seen her ~15 times - haven’t seen here since.  Her pics look like Betty-Fuckin-Boop. She said that “fake tits will help with my self-confidence.”  Maybe they did, maybe they didn’t.  What I DO know is that her reviews - both numbers and quatntity - are way down.
Again, I have my rules/preferences....

Call me lazy.... call me cheap.... call me natural.....I would NEVER get implants. I like being able to go without a bra on my off days..... and I have had NO ONE complain about them so far.   Win win!!!!

In evolutionary biology is pretty well know that part of Homo sapient natural selection has involved looking for the most ample bodies with large round breasts, and full curvy figures. to a full C-cup would do wonders for your business and would look perfectly natural on your frame.  Whether guys are double D-lovers or schoolgirl A-cup guys, most have some flexibility to go beyond what their "ideal" is, but by being at one extreme or the other, you will miss some business from the other end of the spectrum.  You will appeal to a broader base of customers if you compromise with a look that's in BETWEEN what you have now and watermelons.
