TER General Board

I think providers should be allowed to post a response to reviews. What do others think?

And could you just imagine the responses? They would have an excuse for everything and this place would turn into a war zone of words.
Hobbyists will stop writing reviews because they don't want the drama. TER's foundation would suffer and when the foundation suffers, so will the bottom line.
Now, if WE were the one getting PAID, different story. I don't pay them to review me.

the other way around!

Do you want to read "rebuttals" that say
"Oh that guy...yeah, a little balding and fat.  He burped when kissing me - yuch.  Or at least I think it was that guy. Wait, it could have been the tall skinny guy with acne.  Well...one of those two gave me 9/9 and no way is that fair!

Or...maybe you want to give her your ID so she can post the rebuttal / opinion and positively ID you?

Wow..incredibly awful idea.  Let this die here.

in which I said that she provided sex, like the ex Ms. Dude....   she wrote me a note asking how I could write that, as she thought she provided an excellent service, however, she COULD actually remember the things that she said to me, and she could see how I took them in the review....

she did apologize, for she failed to realize, that johns have feelings too, just like providers.

Live and learn, and lets face it, this whole review system is contentious enough.  Why pour gasoline onto an atom bomb explosion???

your provider maybe had a bad day who knows your guess is as good as a stranger. i have no reason to post negative anything on anyone. they're my friends not johns:)

this sultry established gfe provider knows what to do... because i was naturally doing this before it became a common phrase. oh my. just see the latest review.

omg...he's nice one of my regular gent friends. you can be one of my very few regular even weekly friends.

i know how to make gfe romance experience interesting fresh. don't have to be of course i like friend with imagination:) at their local place.

don't forget to E/MAIL me FIRST to start friendship. we can be together very soon at your local la place.

please don't be offended me wanting to get to know you. being honest is important. i like to get to know my friend to feel very comfortable before i meet, just so you know:)

take alittle time when you read line url. please be patient it will be alittle while.

thanks.

kim. miss kim whatever you prefer. the gfe romancer

see you very very soon my fine gent. have a great day everybody:) mar 22 monday 11:30pm

I read through your post twice and each time shook my head in wonder.

Wondering if you have a crack pipe in your mouth while writing, or if you are this way all the time? I even went to your link at Preferred411 and read your advertising text there as well.

I am still shaking my head trying to figure out what the hell you were saying in either place.

Okay, in the event you might think it is me with the crack pipe, I could be wrong I guess.

I think both provider and hobbyist would suffer from any disagreements about services provided. We've got enough drama around here as it is. Don't need any more, in my opinion. I will trust the TER staff to rectify those instances where a lady feels a review is unjustified, and the rest of us guys if we see a problem, that we'll report it; like fake reviews.

at least you didn't post this on the Newbie board where we would have to be nice about it.

This is a horrible fucking idea, isn't there already enough fucking drama in re to white knights defending bad reviews from lackluster and underperforming providers?

I can see it now, every prima donna provdider that thinks an 8/8 review is a personal affront, even the ones approaching a half a century in age. Just picture giving them a platform to refute every honest reviewers opinion. It's hard enough to get reviewers to be honest because of the manginas and white knights.

I don't think this is the stupidest idea every floated on this board, but it has to be in the top ten.

back in June of last year. None of them had any redeeming value then either.

What provoked this one? Geesh

This is the most stupid idea to come down the pike, and it has come down the pike before. Leave it to a provider to come up with it. Look sweetie, when you start paying me to bang you then you are more than welcome to write a review on me. Until then NO for all the reasons I second in the following posts to this thread. lmfao

They just don't do it publicly. Between back channel, and the providers only board, I'm pretty sure that we're all fair game, and the assholes among us get weeded out on a regular basis.

Narrative rebuttals would get ugly and deter guys from being critical at the risk of her attacking him.

Instead, there should be two check boxes next to each review.
1. Provider disputes meeting ever took place.
2. Provider disputes the details of the review.

The provider could enter one or the other on any of her reviews at will - no questions asked by admin, posted immediately. I think that would help us all.

Allergic_To_Stupid266 reads

1. If the meeting never took place, the provider can plead her case to have it removed.

2. If provider disputes the details, what would that mean? He said he came once, and she said 3? Or he said she came from DATY and she says no?

That won't work either.

1. She can plead, but admin has no fucking idea whether the meeting took place or not and will make their own judgement. I'd rather make that judgement myself.

2. Providers won't dispute details they don't give a rat's ass about, like how many times the guy blew his load. They might dispute things like - she showed up late, bitched the whole time, left early - stuff like that.

If a provider is disputing every negative review, we may learn something about her that could be helpful. If a guy is having many of his reviews disputed, we'll probably learn something about him that could be helpful.

This site is for us, not the providers. If a hobbiest want to change the review they have that choice, after the providers re-services you or xyz. But,  If they provide give someone a bad service, I want to now.
They can state on their website who they don't want to provide service to: Fat, skinny, bold, white, black, yellow, big, small and etc., thats how we should now who they don't want, so we do not call.

1. As long as only one party involved writes it, it is easy to say it is a fantasy. Once the other party involved writes a response, it is pretty hard to construe it as fantasy no matter the disclaimers, IMO.

2. This would only be fair and reasonable if hobbyists had equal access to place a response on any entries on black lists.

Why do so many of you post so quickly to an obviously ignorant post made by someone with no history and no reviews?

Damn, kids. Are we that bored?
Learn some Zen. Let it go,,,,,,,,,

and not a very good one at that. She managed to piss off just about everybody the last time she was here.

and yes I have been a bit bored today. Somedays a good game of "whack a troll" helps to pass the time. lol

hahahaha, back in June she put up a whole bunch of meaningless posts and think Gambler rode her out of town.

Well, she's back. lol

If this board started allowing providers to
post reviews it would run out of bandwidth.

Being the numbers guy that I am, when I read a bad review in a string of good ones, I ignore it. Either the provider truly gave a bad performance (which is bound to happen even from the best) or the reviewer was not being fair.

What I question about your suggestion is how a provider could post a response without making herself look bad.

I then look at that Gent's other reviews......

Quite a bit of the time their seems to be a common string of unrealistic expectations never being met.

You really need to sleuth out the rationale by sampling other takes. That helps justify/ marginalize the merit of the review.

Another review site I frequent from time to time allows providers to rebut their reviews. Some of the train wrecks creted because of this are positively epic.

If a lady has a problem with a review and believes it to be false, she can report it to admin. If the review is less than positive, but the veracity is not disputed, that's not going to kill her business if the rest of her reviews are good. One single review, no matter how uncomplimentary, does not have the power to ruin a reputation that is otherwise consitently good. So why would there be a need to respond?

The better option is for a lady to grow thicker skin and move on.

In another life I'm a performer. No matter how hard you try shit doesn't always work out for the better. Chalk it up to serendipity and move on.

Then again, if you're going to train-wreck.....

Do it with style!

:):):)

when a guy got mad at me because I didn't care to visit him a second time.  He went ballistic and wrote a complete lie of a review of a meeting that never happened.

Of course, I contacted the board because the meeting never took place, and they told me they cannot remove any review info, but I could rebuttal it!  I didn't even know I had the option.

Realizing I had to choose my words carefully, I merely replied that there are 2 sides to every story and anyone could contact me for my side if they were curious.  Or something to that affect.

It does come in handy when someone is trying to wrongly use a review against you for a personal vendetta.

the one that i'm aware of allows girls to wipe-out whole profiles and start anew. They are also permitted to 'disallow' reviews' of themselves. Needless to say, without accountability,i shan't be frequenting that site.

The responses usually come back as 'snippy'.

I agree with your 'thick skin' suggestion.

IMO; the girls who would like to ante up their opinions are the ones who can't muster PROPER business skills(ie..stability).

if the review is fake and she never saw him OR he  did see her and hes a total ass loser or dangerous the word gets out through back channels.
we know who is elaborating inflating his proformance and also who is a truly nice guy. doesn't need to be disputed publicly its known for the most part whats truth and what isn't.

Here are my nominations:

TBR = The Bullshit Review

TTWR = The Train Wreck Review

TPWR = The Pussy Whip Review

TDR = The Drama Review

TNR = The Non-Review

Let's have a contest!

I think the OP is missing the point of the site.  She should set up a site where ladies can go to select men they pay for sexual services.

Frankly, she fails to understand how the site is used.  We rate if a provider looks like her pictures & if we found her attractive.  We rate if the provider delivered the services her menu describes.  If SHE falls short, she'll not get good reviews.  One low review does not disqualify a provider.  In fact, a low review in a page of good reviews makes that review suspect...  I inspect them closely for discrepencies or indications of what went wrong.  But I have occasional read low reviews for ladies I like, so I know chemistry is never guarenteed.
If her reviews have frequent wide swings, it's likely that she's 'moody', or does not get along with all types.  I take a look in the mirror...  I'm no longer a stud...  so I pass.  This is the nature of the business the lady chooses to be in.  Not all who attempt it are cut out for the business.

So take your choice.
skb

Then we turn the forum into a pissing contest. I always read all the reviews before I make a decision. I know the reviewers that are more critical and take that into account. Hey a provider can have a bad day. Just hope it is not when I am there

I think if the responses are appropriate and not bashing in anyway then of course us ladys should be able to post a response.
They allow it on some of the other boards Ive seen.
It needs to be moderated of course.
All of this needs to be kept professional.
If anyone in anyway gets mean or nasty about any of us then it shouldnt be allowed to be posted,
Not on either side.
Ive seen great responses on the Denver boards from ladys.
And Ive seen very caring, responsible responses as well after a client has left a bad review.
I think its a great way to find out how a lady reacts.
How professional she handles herself.
If she seems mean and bizarre towards things then you will know not to see her, unless of course your into mean and bizarre things.
Just messin with you guys. :-)
But you get my point.
Goodnight everyone!
