i reported an escort that ripped me off.  they then contacted me asking for proof.  i sent them the escorts web page. i showed the photos of the deposit i made on chime.  i then showed them about a dozen emails she had sent me asking for the deposit, asking for more money after that and some other emails she had sent me.  i just received an email from trsyt that saying my complaint and claim that they should take down her page was denied.  and they gave a list of reason.  why.  and i did and gave them everything they wanted.  it’s obvious they are more interested in ad revenue than they are caring about the people who visit their site. btw the escort id scarlett gray

Presenting Tryst with virtually incontrovertible evidence, and then having them do nothing, would say quite a bit about that site. I am sorry this has happened to you, as I can only imgine how maddening it must be to get ripped off, provide proof of same, and then have them not engage in any punitive action against the woman in question. That just makes matters so much more of a headache for you.
.
With all that said, I do have a few questions. When she asked you for an additional deposit, on top of the first one, did she say why? That would be a massive red flag to me, unless I requested the date be lengthend from my initial request, then, of course, there would be a certain logic to her request for more funds upfront. Did you give it to her?
.
Can you tell us the list of reasons they gave you for not taking any action against the provider?
.
Unfortunately, what you are saying is becoming more common with that site, in that the questions surrounding its legitimacy are growing, not shrinking. Once they started allowing woman to advertise there who have absolutely zero desire of ever meeting anyone in person i.e. the classic "OnlyFans girl", that is when I started losing faith in them. The benefiits of the site, to me, still outweigh the negatives but I dont like how things are trending over there, to be sure.

I reported an ad that was impersonating a provider. I gave them links to the actual provider’s Tryst ad. I gave them links to the actual provider’s TER reviews, which there were many. Literally, was using her name and pictures. Two months later I got an email. It claimed they take these things very seriously and asked that I submit proof. Instantly deleted the email and realized there is no point in wasting my time.

Can you clarify what happened? (Not blaming you, just trying to understand). Was it a situation where you sent the wrong amount so asked for the remainder? Did you do anything that would warrant her blocking you after? OR did she flip the script immediately, wanted more, then ghosted you? Context is important.

(If it’s the latter then ignore this) It’s possible Tryst reached out to her and she defended her case by stating her cancellation/reschedule policy. What were the list of reasons Tryst gave you to side with her? Sometimes suitors misunderstand what a deposit is. If you cancel, most cases providers don’t refund and it’s not a scam. Tryst agrees.

Some of us have had beef with Tryst support for a while. They are aware of their issues.. they’ve addressed it a few times with no real action or timeline. You’re not the only frustrated one.

I hate tryst
They banned me saying I wasn’t me ?????

So goes to show that a lot of legit providers aren’t in there.

I would suggest to stick to sites that have reviews

Unless I get a great recommendation from another guy friend or provider I am close with, I just stick to women who have well documented profiles i.e. good reviews. Nice to see you posting her btw! Its been a while and I hope you post more often!

Tryst is just a more affordable ( I think ) version of Eros Guide . Both are not to be trusted. Robert had a great solution to Tryst searching, simply put in TER reviewed in the " Key Word " search box.  That usually knocks 20 pages down to one page or so.

That is a good filter but not every woman who has TER reviews or P411 designates this on her Tryst profile page.  I go a step further and Google her cell number and/or E-mail address.  I find many women who have reviews that I wouldn't know of otherwise.

Your first and ONLY mistake was sending a deposit.  Lesson learned, but fool me twice ... that's on you.

You mentioned “dozens” of emails were sent.Maybe she claimed you wasted her time and maybe tryst agreed with her.
And I’m with others , wish you would list tryst reasonings for not taking her page down.
And one final word on this …. Why would you do a deposit, especially on a non-reviewed girl🤦🏻‍♂️

hi  she said she needed a 20% deposit to secure the date first.  which i did . a couple of days later she said she needed $100 for gas. i asked where the hell are you coming from that you need 15 gallons of gas for a round trip. RED FLAG! then she said she needed additional money because she had some unexpected expenses.  i said not my problem. RED FLAG 2! last thing she said was she does not show up unless she gets all the money up front. all she got was my initial deposit.    i showed tryst the chime app receipt of deposit and all lot of corresponding emails.   they sent my a letter with a list of things needed to to approve my claim against her.  which i did. i sent another email to them telling them they are scum for favoring selling ad space to scammers instead of protecting the users of their site.  i use to trust the site but after this experience never again

hello she asked for a 20% deposit to secure the day which i sent.  a few days later as the appointment was getting closer she wanted a $100 for gas.  i said you need 15 gallons for a round trip? where are you coming from.  she then said she needed more for unexpected expenses.  i said not my problem.  then she told me that she doesn’t show up to appointments unless the full amount is paid up front.  after the 2 red flags ( bills and gas money).  i sent tryst the chime app receipt they asked for.  i sent the communications i had with the escort. and i sent the web address on their site.   i got an email saying they are looking into it.  about a week later i got an email saying claim denied.  i did not cancel she never showed up. and tryst got an email from me saying i think they are scum for not protecting the users.  i hope this clarifies everything

sorry after responding to their denial. i deleted the email.  the email simply stated a list for possible denial of claim. that i had to provide proof of payment which i did. that i had to provide any correspondence. which i did.  if i file more than one claim against that person it would be denied.  i only filed one.  so i met all their requirements.  that just value paid advertisers over users of their site

hello i am new to this and unfortunately i’m learning the hard way..  she sent me an email asking for a $100 in gas money which i asked you need  15 gallons of gas to get here and back?   she asked for more money because she had some unexpected expenses.  i said not my problem.  one of the emails stated she  only shows up to appointments when payment id made in full prior to the meeting.  she sent other emails trying to hustle money out of me.  tryst sent an email stating the following possible reasons for denial;  i needed to send proof of payment.  which i did.  they needed to see any texts or correspondence i had with her. which i did.  they said if i filed more than one complaint. i only filed one  there is no reason for them to deny this claim unless they more interested in paid advertisers than protecting users of their site

their email just stated possible reasons for denial.  need to show proof of payment  which i did.  lack of proof of correspondence and or texts.  i showed plenty of emails.  filing more than one complaint.  i only filed one

when they sent me the denial email. they said possible reasons for denial, not reason for denial. and sadly i met all their criteria so paying advertisers mean more than protecting users of their site

hi a little more detail.  they sent me an email saying the possible reasons for denial, not the reason for denial.  proof of payment.  texts or correspondence.  filing more than one complaint.  i showed proof of payment.  i showed correspondence (the emails showing she was trying to hustle me. asking a $100 for gas for one) and they last thing was if i filed more than one complaint which i did not.

a little more explanation the email they sent sent said denied and possible reason for denial, not reason for denial.  1) proof of payment.  which i did.   2 )lack of texts or correspondence.  which i gave them a lot of emails.  30 filing more than one complaint.  i only filed one

You get a response, and you get a response, and everyone gets a response. Many of us have been there, being new and learning the hard way sucks. Advice on the boards, instead of responding to every post, often with repetitive information, one consolidated response at the bottom that touches all points does the trick too.
