You’re right.

P411 members are made aware that providers can ask to see the ID used for P411 registration.  It doesn’t have to be a driver's license, I recall, but the last four digits of the card’s ID must match the last four digits of the P411 ID.

I’ve never been asked to show my ID after booking through P411, but I know it’s possible. Maybe I have enough OKs, plus my filled-out profile and whatever screening the providers do beyond my P411 profile, to make that unnecessary in their minds.  When I book with a provider I always ask her to let me know if there’s anything else she needs to feel safe seeing me. No one’s taken me up on that offer yet.  🙂

Victoria Love of Philadelphia and others like her will out you on Twitter if they get a wild hair up their ass about any random thing. Outing used to be reserved for the truly dangerous and harmful. Now it is done in an emotional pique whenever a MHB/BSC provider feels like it.

Your information is not safe with many providers!

..I mean she was butt hurt.. Can you imagine the emotional turmoil the guy put that snowflake thru? Had to be outed..

Now only a dumbass takes selfies of their ID and sends it out. I hope it's just a rookie mistake.

I have seen increased demands from providers as a condition of a meeting.

Each demand is a risk to the hobbyist.

That is why I refuse to send pics, or ID information, or deposits to a provider.

If my p411 information is not sufficient, I move on.

anytime a provider receives a pre-screening or appointment request, P411 has a disclaimer stating, "We encourage everyone to do as much *additional screening as they feel is necessary*, to keep themselves safe."

Also, if a P411 provider asks to see your ID, it's because P411 encourages us to. They also recommend that we check IDs to ensure the correct person is using the P411 Client ID. Otherwise, it could be a shared or compromised P411 account. Which is why some of us tell you during the booking process that if you are going to use P411, then please be prepared to have your ID checked upon arrival.  Clients are allowed to cover some aspects of the ID but not all.

Verbatim from P411... "If a client schedules an appointment via P411 and upon arrival refuses to show identification to confirm he is the true account holder, you are encouraged to refuse to see him and report it to P411. We will suspend the account until the client is reverified and the situation is resolved."

So while you do not have to send it ahead of time, at some point your DL may be looked at. From what I understand, you all are made aware of this policy.

I have had a few providers ask to see my DL, at the door before the session though.  Sending it electronically is never a good idea IMO.  I think it's playing with fire.  Providers use aliases, the only alias protection we have as mongers are our handles.  I personally have 10 plus "Okays" from providers, so I ask why should clients be put in jeopardy of losing everything simply because someone wants to post their info all over Twitter.  That IMO is ridiculous.

although we could debate the pros and cons of real world screening, it's 11pm on a Sunday evening - I'm fixin' to watch some Ozark and go to bed. The only point of my post was to reiterate that even if you are P411 verified* client, while you may not have to provide ID during the screening process, you may be requested to show within the first 5 to 10 minutes of you walking through the door for the engagement.

*based on some responses in this thread, it really does call into the question the validity of being "verified"... https://www.theeroticreview.com/discussion-boards/ter-general-board-12/p411---current-value-990931?page=

I personally have no problem showing a provider my ID while in person to support my P411 verification. It's the demand to send a picture of it, in advance of meeting, that is my concern.

I think most guys here are saying the same... it gets verification done without putting us at risk of being outed and flamed for the most trivial of reasons.

I've been in the hobby eight or more years.  Will never give ID or work information.  That type of information can easily be used to blackmail you forever.  Imagine your office or home getting mail with photos of your emails and text to an escort.  She doesn't even need to show herself, she just needs to show you gave that information to an escort.

Life = destroyed.

There are maybe 4-6 ladies I wanted to meet, but did due to them requesting ID or Linken information.  Not worth the potential life altering risk for sex.

There are a couple of providers in the DC area whose screening process is like going through an IRS audit.  In fact, I think one did ask for my last two years of tax returns.

Watching porn and rubbing one out before I would send a picture and ID to someone in this P4P world of ours.

Lesson learned, what exactly was reasoning behind this. A lot of vindictive people out there.

The provider posted the hobbyist’s selfie and ID with the following caption:

This is the guy who walked out on me in Birmingham and has done the same to other providers . If you work in Alabama and want his info DM me. Address collector and or wants a free feel.

So I would love to know why he walked out. Yet in looking at the replies on twitter seems like most sided with her. That is disturbing to me. Lesson learned. I have no issues providing ID in person to verify yet will NEVER send again. That's just wrong.

She outed a guy for not paying her cancellation fee.  I don't remember the amount, $100 maybe, for a cancellation less than 24 hours prior to appointment.  He says he cancelled 23 hours 40 min before...something like that.  She says it was over 24 hours and posted his real name and employer on Twitter.

She has been known to bat shit crazy for a long time. I wouldn't expect anything less from her.

She wasn't BSC then, nor was she young and that's more than ten years ago. I will say she did provide an excellent session.

She has reputation to go off on her clients for no reason. She used to be local to DC area and then, I think, moved out West. I think AZ.

She was a good performer though. Like they say, crazy in head; crazy in bed.

as soon as the girl sends me a picture of herself with her real name and photo ID i will do the same.   EOD
