I love implants...call it a fetish. Implants are one of man’s greatest inventions. Silicone or saline, a nice big boobjob beats naturals any day for me. I like cleavage, sideboob, underboob, projection and symmetry.

D cups are starting to get a little small for me, preferring DD to DDD or larger if done well. I love the feel of the implants.

Pursue that which you prefer.  I'd bet big bucks that you'd never in a million years be able to talk a woman intent on having her breasts enhanced out of it, no matter how magnificent you think that which nature had endowed her with is.

I love a well-done breast enhancement.  They don't have to be silly huge.  But a really nice C or D cup on a toned, athletic girl...that will get me every time.  If there are scars under the breasts, that's a turn-off, but that seems to be a thing of the past for the most part.  

Since I love fucking women too, wanted to throw in my 0,2.... I prefer natural breast. Big, small, it doesn't matter as long as they FEEL good. Really a turn on if her nipples are sensitive.  
I thought about a boob job but mine still look pretty good for a 47 yo and I definitely don't want to loose my nipple sensitivity. If i ever do get mine done, I have the perfect Dr already picked out.  
Some boob jobs look so fucking hot but some do not.

Attractiveness isn't 100% a social construct.  

There are hard wired reasons men like certain figures (body ratios), symmetry, big boobies, etc. All of those things mean a woman is likely more virile and capable of caring for and carrying children, and therefore passing your genetic material on to the next generation.

 
Unfortunately, most women have a hard time keeping a healthy body weight while also having big breasts. Breasts are mostly fat recall, so if you're working out and burning fat, well, odds are you're burning away boob weight. The easy solution to this is augmentation. The side effect of course is that a good surgeon can get them almost perfectly symmetrical which isn't super common in nature but is more attractive in general.

 
In addition to all that, you seem to have this idea that augmented boobs are unrealistic 100% of the time. That might be the case for some, but modern plastic surgery is very, very good and the newer implants feel very real. You'd have a hard time determining fake or real with any kind of accuracy if the augmentation was reasonable and done by a decent surgeon.

when you say a"a minimum of a D/DD cup" do you mean a 30D or a 36D? They are vastly different sizes. Of course, what doesn't hep is that so many providers don't know their own bra size.

Of course the overall package and chemistry is most important, but given the choice, I'd take a natural B over an enhanced D any day. Either is Ok when just watching. But when in my hands, whether with a provider or at a club, natural just feels way better to me. Just feeling a good set of naturals can get me pretty hard.  Not true for enhanced.

Which is not the case. Implants do not mean that they will look fake.  

I have enhanced breasts and men love them. They are nicely shaped, squishy, and look real. I already had a nice behind, so the breasts are a wonderful complement. They are the ideal perkiness and size for my height, body, and shape. A lot of women would never be able to attain the body I have now without surgically enhancing.

You’re entitled to your preference. But I would wager that most men just want women to look good at the end of the day. Real or fake. And having this preoccupation with natural breasts just means that you will miss out on lots of beautiful women.

I have to admit for the most part enhanced breasts make a woman look better. That is as long as they are still reasonably proportioned to the body and not outrageously or grossly done. So if I am to judge the physical aspect and give a rating I'd probably give a high rating -keeping in mind that I can only assume the breasts are implanted and not genuine by their look alone.

When I was growing up and up til being a young man with relatively little experience with women and sex I absolutely went crazy with big tits.

However as I got older, got into the hobby and gained experience I can say now that while I still think enhanced breasts can look good they are TERRIBLE and AWFUL to touch and feel. I hate feeling like there's a rock or a basketball under that big lump. And from the look of their faces I don't think the owners of enhanced breasts can feel being touched either. Total turnoff.

OTH I absolutely adore the feel of natural breast large or small. It's the softness, the jiggly-ness, the bounciness, even a slight droop... that turn me on.

Implants are a turnoff for me and can spot them a mile away. By my lights, they rarely look natural and don't like how they feel either. One reason could be that most surgeons have no art school background? They should all be required to take anatomy, drawing and sculpture classes? Also not a fan of botox and butt injections/implants. is driven by the porn industry. Porn stars predominantly have enhanced everything and guys are taught by the industry that this look along with things like wearing heels during sex is desirable. If they look good and feel good I could care less if they are enhanced or not. There is an art form to taking the time to find the right look right for your body and doctor to do the job if you are planning to get enhanced breasts. I know you all have seen botched jobs. Those individuals  sadly didn't do their research. I'm not into super unnaturally perky enhanced boobs. I prefer the natural look. So natural that people have to second guess if they are enhanced or not. Enhancement gives that youthful perky look so I think that is why men are into enhanced breasts. It's just human nature. Everyone has their preferences. Remember the hobby is living out a fantasy and most men prefer ample curves in the upper region for the ladies.

All proportionate with my small body. Do I wish I had big boobs at times? YES! I am just so fearful of losing nipple sensitivity that I have yet to pull the trigger. My nipples are a direct link to my pussy. So losing that sensitivity would be a very bad hit for me.  

Natural boobs in a C cup with firmness and medium to large nipples are simply impossible to beat , in my opinion . I have seen some saline implants that come close but your can still make out the difference .

I cannot lie ... many enhanced breasts look delicious.  Naturals are good too.   Variety is the spice of life.

Women do many enhancements and some men do as well. Butt tucks, tummy tucks, strengthening thighs and legs, lips, chins, neck and the list is long.

It is them individuals choice and they pay for it. You can like like or dislike, your choice.

You can accept the reality or resist and miserable, your choice.

Personally, if it enhances their looks, gives them more confidence and have better life, it is up to them.

I have a preference for large natural breast ( D,DD.,...) one hell of a turn on. But will settle for implants if they don't look obviously 'man made'..

One had a her job done years ago with silicone.  She had a flat tire 20 years later and goes back in for repair.  She had breast cancer and didn't know it.  Who knows if it was from the silicone; which I believe has been replaced and progressed to saline today.  The cancer was not caught, fast forward 2 years she has stage 4 breast cancer in her lymph nodes and both breasts get removed with rounds of chemo, radiation and poison that sickened her for a whole year.  She chose to not go back for reconstruction.

This mistake has been made by a least of handful of my friends in civvie life.  They went too big years ago and blowed up with weight gain 20 years later. The big breasts now make them look even more overweight because clothes don't fit the same when the curve in the middle in gone.

I have seen many naturals that occupy the big, beautiful, central region of the distribution. But sometimes, they are a little bit off for that hostess.  A little too big, too small, too saggy, too perky (No! Never too perky!), odd looking nipples, ... Those fall in the left side and right side tails of the curve.

Fake boobs also follow a similar, but offset, distribution for me. I don't want to call them "enhancements" because sometimes they are debasements. I don't want to call them augmentations; sometimes they are diminishments. But the idea is that many of them are very well done, attractive to my eye, and feel good in my hands.  Then there are the tail regions that I don't like.

My preferences are such the tails on the natural distribution are smaller than the tails on the fake distribution. The averages (center or top of the curves) do not necessarily occur in the same place and the shapes (height, width) of the curves are probably a little bit different.

The single plastic surgery procedure that has the highest level of post operative satisfaction is breast REDUCTION.

This is a question of preference. I love women with great smiles and lovely figures.  As women age, those with generally smaller breasts tend to look better standing naked that those with huge breasts.  

I do recognize that many more men prefer larger breast that smaller ones or like me really are not particularly breast fixated. To be really pedantic, it makes biologic sense for male humans to be fixated on big round breasts.  The only function biologically of large round breasts is to attract males.  (One can breast feed perfectly well with small breasts.) This adaptation appeared when humans began walking fully erect.  Before that, men approached women from behind and were tempted by their round behinds. Once men stood fully erect, they began to approach from the front and needed something as a sex signal and round breasts sent the same kind of signals as round behinds.

Sorry, but this is the adult entertainment industry & enhanced breasts can be beautiful!  I just got brand new tata's this year & they look natural.  I did not go overboard with unrealistic size breasts.  I am a single Mom who has breast fed babies, so naturally my boobs were droopy.  I did lots of research prior to having surgery & picked the best Dr.  I could not be more pleased with my outcome.  Everyone is different.  If you don't, like enhanced breast their are plenty of providers who choose to stay natural.

My tata's are perfect.  I have been body building for the last 2 years, and my breasts were the only part of my body I was unhappy about, so $7k later I have new tata's that I could not be more pleased about getting.  I feel, like a young lady with perky breasts is fantastic & they feel real.  My breasts look natural & feel natural it was the best decision I made for myself this year.  To each their own, but I am very pleased with my newly enhanced breasts.

and, I won’t/never do implants - JMHO.  My ATF who I saw for 3+ years barely had boobs - didn’t need to wear a bra - size AA or AAA - she had nipples (obviously), but no boobs at all.  (Spent $40K on no boobs, and more-than-happy to have done so).
I HATE the look of two softballs, and I hate the feel of fake soft boobs - again JMHO.
For some reason, it seems most TER ladies in Atlanta have been implanted.  I almost scheduled an appointment with an implanted lady and then I looked closer at her pics.  I had to ask her: “don’t take this the wrong way, but, do you have implants?” She almost cried - email-wise and wrote “yes, but they’re soft.”  I didn’t see her..  Fortunately, there are many options in Atlanta!

All joking aside, a well-done enhancement can be a wise investment for a provider, as it generally tends to attract a wider range of potential clients. The emphasis here is on "well done" (as Queen Bia talked about earlier, do your research and don't scrimp on the investment); and, most importantly, the enhancements should be proportional to your body size and shape.

A petite woman with a HUGE set of implants is a turn-off to most men, although there are some guys who go for that look. Ultimately, it's your body and you should be happy with the results -- you have to live with them. Some of us just get to play with the results for a while.

have you never touched a good set of implants? I'm guessing no. Most of the high end cohesive gel silicone implants are near indistinguishable in look and feel to breast tissue.

Call me lazy.... call me cheap.... call me natural.....I would NEVER get implants. I like being able to go without a bra on my off days..... and I have had NO ONE complain about them so far.   Win win!!!!  

Most of my clients  say they prefer my natural and perky, but i feel the need for implants  to get my rates up as well.

But, EVERY SINGLE gentleman I talk to about it says NO WAY. And, I am so afraid that the doctor will fuck up what I have. And, like you said- nearly every girl is enhanced. So, by being natural I am standing out, whereas if I got implants Id just be another in the crowd.
