Same for me. I use it as a way to keep track of all the ladies I want to see. That way I can read each new review and get an idea of how her service is over a period of time. Then I can make an educated (rather than horny) decision! It really isn't a favorites list after all is it? Hopefully a favorites list is my reviews!

My "to-do" list is mine and not to be shared. What I find attractive you may not and visa versa.
Maybe I'm just not seeing it as most hobbyists do, but to me its not about sampling the entire menu, but instead using the "list" as a process of elimination while I am trying to find the one or two that will fulfill my needs and expectations on a regular basis.

I use the "Favorites" list a couple of ways.

One, it is kind of like my grand "Bucket List" of women that have caught my eye one way or another and that I would love to have a chance to meet.

Two, I use it to keep track of a few of the providers that I have met and felt a special affinity to.  It makes me happy to see them getting new, good reviews.  It also reminds me to figure out how to schedule another appointment with my few repeats.

My one wish, and I have previously submitted this as a suggestion, is to make the "Favorites" list sort-able by city category.  When I am traveling, it would be nice to quickly list the women that I have researched and saved for future consideration in a particular area.

In addition to being a to-do list I use it to keep track of new providers that have peaked my interest.  These would be ladies that have peaked my interest but only have a single review.  Once they are on the favorites I will get an e-mail letting me know when a new review is posted.  Based on the new reviews I can either leave her on or drop her from the list.

The list is also handy for compiling a list of providers in other cities. So when a traveling opportunity arises, you've already done a bit of background research.
