...Whichever woman you want to give mouth-to-mouth to is the one you save last.  If all 3 are in a pool, it would have to be a mighty damn big pool for me to not be able to save all 3.  And since the question asks who do you save first, the implication is who do you save 2nd and then 3rd.  The correct answer is: 1)Mom (NO mouth-to-mouth), 2)your S.O. (she'll probably understand Mom ahead of her, but not some other woman.  Plus, she'll understand when you have to give your ATF chest compressions and mouth-to-mouth) and 3) your ATF.
