Many girls ask me what to do when a client goes "south" on them and I don't mean DATY, lol.
Of course it depends what it is, e.g. if its something threatening or stalkerish, they need to be iced immediately and permanently. But if it is a dude that is too clingy or overbearing or some other lesser offense that is no longer tenable for the girl, be straight up, tell him you cant see him any more, wait for his rebuttal and tell him one final time it is done and then never ever reply to him again as it only leads him on. Allowing him closure, imo, de-escalates the situation a bit for the gal rather than just going cold turkey. But don't beat around the bush. Be direct. When you know its over, tell him asap. Prolonging it over weeks/months and numerous emails/texts can make it worse. Great post!
When the connection has fizzled and the relationship has taken its course, it's hard to break up with a client. I found its best to let them know why you don't want to see them anymore. After some closure, just like any break up, there needs to be space and time for them to move on. Ignore any further communication and delete any messages. Eventually they will stop. I don't like to blacklist clients just because it didn't work out between us or they did something to offend me. More times than not, it's just not my thing, so they can't be antagonized because of it. Just say goodbye and stick to your guns.

Tell him frankly and honestly that you no longer want anything to do with him, that you can't provide level of service he is looking for, and please refrain from following you. May be refer him to another lady. Be honest and clear.
There are ways to do things like blocking an IP address, but it's so easy for anyone to work around that and to do so will maybe fan the flames with the guy. There are other measures, such as password-protecting sections of your site, and I'm sure some ladies have even scrapped their identities and started anew. However, I'm inclined to agree with those that recommend closure, or at least enough of it to get him off your back.
Just in case anything gets ugly, you may want to screencap every interaction with him. I use a PDF converter and organize any important screenshots meticulously. To anyone, hobbyist or provider, who has trusted someone with their real name and now is concerned, I'd recommend setting up some Google Alerts for different combinations of name, username, etc.
I applaud your decision to not automatically blacklist him over something personal and I hope everything works out well for you
