are side effects.  These drugs are made for a blood flow problem to the penis.  They will do NOTHING to enhance your erection.  They don't CAUSE erections, they only allow more blood flow to guys who for some reason, (high cholesterol, diabetes, certain medications, etc) have a problem with constricted arteries.  They work by stopping a certain enzyme system (pde5), which allows the dilation of the blood vessels.  This same enzyme system works in the optic nerve...hence the side effect of blue vision, or blindness.  It can also drop your blood pressure.
SO...wait to use these, when there is a benefit to risk to worry about...You'll get NO benefit...only risk at your age!!!

Your a young guy and looking to keep it up with meds???
Seriously, your young, and shouldn't have any problem in that department. Most meds...you can build up a dependency on. I think Viagra or Cailis are included here.

Maybe someone else can say?

I use Viagra for recreational use of Viagra.  Often I swig down the little blue pill with one of these high energy drinks.  I will basically do this when I am shooting for 2 or 3 providers in a night.  And yeah, it works!  Let me describe it this way:  You get rock hard.  ROCK!

However, here are some dangers and concerns.  First, FLUSHING.  You can a rush to the head that can make you feel hot faced and your face will be red, too.  Second, slightly blurred vision.  Third, sometimes a small head ache.  Fourth, there are other rare bad side effects of this stuff.

But....use your brain and it COULD be fun for you.

Unless you want to shoot porn this is a total waste of money for you. If you NEED ED meds at your age I suggest you go see a doctor immediately. ED is usually a symptom of a bigger problem going on inside. High Blood Pressure, Heart Disease, Diabetes, etc.
ED meds are not candy.

You'll be taking enough medications as you get older. I'm taking seven prescriptions right now, just to be able to remain functional in everyday living.  Don't rush it! Use your natural talents and abilities as long as you have them.

If you don't need it, don't take it.  In your early 20's, you shouldn't need this "just in case"...ever!  And don't mix this with illegal drugs...a guy I knew died at 27 from mixing V with blow.  Remember, these are drugs...they can be harmful if not used appropriately...

hope you listen to these people, it is not a game when u play with stuff like that.
it sounds like you have set urself up to fail, ur date is at the end of summer and ur stressing about it already.
U need to relax and I am sure goddess will understand your youth and hopefully handle it correctly.
I did know someone who took ex-tends (not sure if spelled right) commercials about it all the time on tv.
he took it and swore it worked for him and it is not harmful I think its all herbs.
Try that and dont think that I can't do it, that attitude wont help at all.

if in your early 20s you have trouble now, I would think you should go see a doc. There may be an underlying issue you may not be aware of medically. High blood preassure, diebetes, who knows. Do not assume that this"medication " is a recreational drug there is a reason its not an over the counter drug. Try a health food store there are over the counter herbs ect that you can take. Yet I still suggest you get to the bottom of this issue of yours with your dr. and see if there is a reason for your troubles.

good luck

Don't waste your money.  If you're young & healthy, you don't need it.  There is some evidence that it slows ejaculation.  The study was done on men with premature ejaculation, where it doubled the time.  The partners were equipped with stop watches!
Don't try to be a super-stud unless it happens naturally...  just enjoy your own personal experience.

You probably don't have problems. It's just nerves and performance anxiety (unless you have known heart problems, blood pressure, or are obese).

But, even if you don't have ED and you don't have pre-existing conditions, then Viagra can be safe. They studies where they give lots of non-ED guys Viagra to test nocturnal erections, and it works.

I'd doubt, though, if it helps beat your nerves.

The best thing to do, imho, is to just fuck a lot. That way you know how you work, how you deal with women, in different situations, and when the time comes you can just go with the flow. And if you can't do it the first time, there's always the next time. The provider shouldn't think any less of you--or should never let that affect subsequent appointments (unlike civies, but, hey, they're free).

Good luck.
