I have tried pole dancing. It is extremely hard work. I kid you not.

You need extremely great upper body strength to climb up the pole, strong thigh muscles to do a back flip on the pole by clipping yoursef using your thighs, and flexibility to arch your body.

I cannot even mention the number of bruises I ended up with throwing myself round the pole trying to master a move. Pole dancing hurts. Bruises happen all the time even to the most seasoned pole dancer.

I will never be a pole dancer but I know how to walk round and round a pole with grace and poise. I won't make it even the qualifiers for the Olympics for sure.

something in the Olympics worth watching, providing of course the powers that be don't restrict the ladies performances to the point of boredom.

and I can't make it back as an animate object, then I want to come back as the pole used for pole dancing.

(Girl's bicycle seat would be my second choice.)
