This question can be answered my hobbyists or providers.
As Christmas time approaches, I was wondering what is the MOST helpful gift you can give a provider ?

Or What gift would a provider like the MOST ?

Nothing extravagant and something generic and practical

I know the obvious, but I was thinking something that is reasonable and useful for them.

1. Can of maze
2. Portable phone charger
3. Kindle
4. Pen and paper (so they keep in purse)
5. Plug in human pest repellant (Ok, I am joking with this one....)
6. AAA membership (yeah, but when you think about it)
7. Gift Card (but this is so boring).

Would love input from everyone. This is provider and hobbyist specific.

Have a wonderful HUMP DAAAAAYYY and may good health be with you.

CURLYQ............the spoty thing is getting WAY lame!....zzzzzzzzzzzz!
If your IQ allows it, try and post something of value, or STFU.

I am just merely playing along...

That being said, if we want to get rid of lameness on the board, we can start with your wrinkly old ass..

We like lame people around here, like yourself.. They are fun to kick around...

But it ain't today.
ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.................

I've already decided when and it is today.
Also decided who's lame.....YOU!

GaGambler1053 reads

Just keep up the "tough guy" act and you might overtake FIDIOT yet.  It is by far your best hope, not to mention the strategy that makes you look the stupidest.

Go Dungy!!!

Didn't I tell you a long time ago to.....STFU!!
Turn up the friggen hearing aids!!

GaGambler748 reads

You keep this shit up, and you might have a chance after all. My money is on you Dungbeetle, keep it up. Show us just how tough (stupid) you can be.

Their is a reason you look like this.
Think about it!!

Just when I thought he'd already plumbed the depths of lameness and gamelessness, he puts up a series of pathetic posts that sink him to a new low.  Dungy, why don't you leave while you're behind. Like this

GaGambler814 reads

I am glad to see the old dungbeetle back and not only competing, but posting even stupider than ever. What was looking like a FIDIO runaway has now tightened into a rather close race.

LMFAO.
I tried that jumping out the window thing, but I live in the basement!!!
PS, leave me alone for awhile, I'm trying to count how many guys jump out that window!!!!!

and counting those guys (you).  Don't come back here until they are all accounted for.  And I don't care if you live in your Mom's basement.  Find a window and jump out of it.  Now.

AAA Membership is an awesome idea
gift card for Oil changes or gas or groceries are always a plus
Painting classes or tickets to shows
Candles
A kindle or books  ( I still love my books)
Dance classes.
I could use an IPAD..  My lap top is dying! but these seems extravagant..
Movie tickets

I am very practical and assume that everyone is grateful for anything to do with keeping my car going and food in the house.. Bills that never go away and everyone needs..

Hope this helps

Only seems extravagant until you meet someone who loves the bidding site where you pays for bids and is a genius at scoring things for dirt cheap!
He just got himself an iPad for $30 some dollars!!

He said he gets Michael Kors purses all of the time. Hello Christmas!

That being said, I always love Starbucks cards! You can just email them to someone without knowing anything more then their email and we upload them to our card. They are aaaamazing! And they help fuel me to answer all of the emails that I get. :)

Morning Alyssa;
Thanks for your ideas. Nice to know about the Starbucks cards, I have a few lady friends who enjoy their coffee and I wasn't aware you could email the gift that way. Which brings up an issue with attempting to give holiday gifts at all, namely that one needs info in order to send a gift to a woman. I have some friends whom I have that kind of info for but many others for whom I don't. And many of them I don't yet know well enough to ask for it.
One option is to simply wait until I see them again but many are touring ladies that I don't see all that often or else they are women in cities I travel too, but again sometimes not all that often. Then there is the issues of wanting to get a gift to someone at a particular time, ie Xmas.
One method I often use is to give gift points at P411 for those women who use that site. I use them not only for holidays but also birthdays or even as a thank you to someone who has given me a glowing reference etc.
                          Regards.......RR

More than I really have time and money for.....

Yeah don't worry about clicking on my posts if you don't like them....

For those who are still acting their shoe size, there's always the Ignore Button...

Ignore the wussie, he is "O". ( oblivious )

What a great idea. So a hobbyist could send a gift card to a provider after the date, kind of as a thank you? How cool would that be?

Does AAA have a gift card option, because that's something every person needs especially providers who travel alone. Also, a phone charger and mini blender saved my sanity one week when I lost mine in the airport and had no blender in my suite. Gift cards are actually the best thing, because you know she can get what she actually needs vs. some shit she is never going to use.

For me, I hate being given sex toys or lingerie. I mean cmon. I work in the sex industry, so that's about as impersonal as giving a maid a broom for her Bday

riorunner921 reads

Excellent points London! And BTW....nice to see you posting again........Regards......RR

Now they're going to give the maid the sex toy and us a broom!!!!

Jk jk jk :)

GaGambler1124 reads

and I thought it was the perfect gift, all sorts of assorted colors and flavors, not that you would ever give a CBJ in order to taste one. lol

Now get to posting Blabber Mouth, the last I looked I had passed you as the board's biggest blabbermouth, and we all know what pride you take in the title.

Ha ha ha...give me 2 days, and I will pass you up again. :) I get my condoms in bulk from condomdepot.com. I still have like 200 left, I will probably never get to use.

GaGambler960 reads

That reminds me of a time a couple of years ago that I stopped to get condoms on my way out of the country. I bought a 36 pack and a rather elderly, but nice lady was behind the counter. I made a remark about a rather long weekend coming up, and wondered aloud if maybe 36 condoms was enough. She wanted to laugh, but i could see the red of embarrassment creeping up her neck. I had to literally LOL

So just how long will 200 condoms last you? I would say that might be a one month supply for a "high volume" lady, maybe a six month supply for me, and probably two years worth for you. In the words of a mutual friend, "Tell me I'm wrong"

No more than six inches long.  London's screening is very thorough.

That is actually accurate lol. I do not even stock above average or large condoms...sorry. Go see someone else lol. 200 should last me til the year 2023. :)

Be appreciated since its a gift... Most providers do have "Gift Listings" section on their website that's a good place to look... Me, I love Chanel... Anything Chanel!!! But when traveling a SWA gift card or anything to do with travel expenses is appreciated... But over all providers should be grateful a client even considers to give a gift!! Lol

Happy Hump Day to All!!

It's so romantic.

For those providers I don't see often, I'll give a toilet plunger or pack of vacuum cleaner bags. ;

A pack of vacuum cleaner bags. I almost spit my coffee out when I read that.

Maybe it's rude in the civvie world, but I can't imagine that any provider wouldn't just love a nice thank you card with a butt load of benjamins inside (or any amount you can manage). Think: X-mas bonus for a job well done, and no ulterior motive. And yeah, the iPad is always good if she doesn't have one.

Lay the envelope down and leave!!
Especially if your handle is....CPAhole, CurlyQ, Idicky or Gag me with a spoon Ga Ga!!

I know you said a gift card is boring BUT that is what will help out most ladies at this time of year IMO ;) and the second gift could be a big huge ORGASM!! lol

So I always try to see her right before Xmas and yes I do the boring gift card, but then she can get what she wants. My ATF is gone (she toured with an agency that had to close shop earlier this year and I haven't seen her resurface, I'm very sad about that). I used to see her just before her birthday too and give her presents. But I haven't done Xmas presents yet, just birthday.

An ipad or kindle.. good for books and keeping up with the "john's" not the kardashians.. lol

super sexy

Me.

At that time. It's all in knowing a person.

(This wasn't a gift from a client, just a friend… who's husband tried to talk her out of it. Glad he didn't, lol)

Some other ideas:
- E-Cig
- $25 one size fits most sexy outfit
- Comfy socks
- Comfy slippers
- Fuzzy blanket
- Snuggie (wait… those are flammable)
- Swimsuit
- Package of hand towels (You have no idea..)

and…. send a male stripper in a birthday cake with just a bow-tie on.

I'll give you free sessions for LIFE.

A gift should be something that she will enjoy...but that she probably wouldn't spend money on herself, or wouldn't know to purchase. It doesn't have to be expensive (although that's always nice :-)). The best gifts I've gotten: 1) Books, 2) Personal momentos...if you're an author, give her a signed copy of your book, etc., 3) Music from itunes (a pretty song you think she'd like), and 4) A donation to charity in her name (yes, her hooker name is fine). Most of the gifts you mentioned I either have already, or would never use.

It's a nice idea to get something practical. But I have AAA (lots of women have AAA), pen, paper, phone charger already. Mace I don't really NEED...maybe for when I go running or hiking? It would make me wonder what kind of guys you think I see. Kindle I don't want.

If you want to go the practical route...get her lingerie, a toy - or maybe a year's supply of condoms!!! LOL

Some of 'em make more money than Bill Gates lol. They should be giving ME shit!

I just give books and giftcards

It's the thought that counts.
Never bring a cliché gift like flowers, or chocolates.
It is lame, and gives you away as a hobbyist.

If I bring something (which is becoming rare)
I try to make it a book.
Books show that you are aware that you are meeting a person.
A person with a brain, with feelings, hopes and dreams.
Not just some hole to fuck.
Not that I'm going to discuss Tolstoy with her or anything.
But it is a deep compliment to give a gift that requires thought to get, and to use.

GaGambler1030 reads

and I plan on bringing her some the next time I see her. She also claims to love tequila, so I am bringing a bottle of Patron as well.

and no I am not bringing her some damn book, she is not "just" a hole to fuck, she is a great hole to fuck, and that's why I am going back. (She seems to be a nice person as well, but the great sex is why I am going back)

Straighten up there young pup, or I will sick your father on you.

Now, as far as gifts go, Hound's Dad always tries to give his "lady du jour" a pearl necklace as a good-bye prezzie.

I'm a simple woman. Not only do I not take compliments very well. (I'm just a woman).
But I'm not one to want gifts.

Rather it makes my heart smile when someone brings me something to give to the homeless.
and if said hobbyist wanted to go with me to pass the gifts out to the homeless. Even more rewarding and wonderful!

I love gifts!  All gifts!  Gifts always seem to put a smile on my face and make feel special.

You have some great ideas too.
my wishlist:  :)
Kindle or books (I love a good love story or mystery)
Gift cards to Walmarts, salons, and home decor places. (yea, it sounds boring but they come in handy, especially during the holidays after I've spent my money on other peoples gifts)
Candles are so comforting!
Designer perfumes, OF COURSE!  lol
Soft fuzzy socks and housecoats (perfect for wintertime!)
Hat & gloves are ALWAYS appreciated!  (I always lose mine, so gotta have extras)  Lol

I love the winter season so getting gifts is just icing on the cake!  Even a nice card is a great gift.  I get a pair of houseshoes sent to me every year from a very sweet client.  Im always so tickled when fed ex delivers them!
Adoringly Yours, Gemma

I would only add that whatever you choose try to make it a bit personal. No matter what you come to the door with most of us will just be happy that you are a gentleman to begin with, much less that you are bringing a gift.
