I love shoes too but, there is nothing better then have Jewlery that someone made just for you and knowing that it can't be duplicated....

I will be seeing a lady 2 days from Christmas .

Option #1 - I know  she has a shoe " thing " as most ladies do . I thought a gift certificate for a womans shoe store might be a good idea . The only store I can think of is DSW warehouse - is this a good store for selection ??? Any other stores you know of that may be better - In Miami / Ft lauderdale if it matters .

I am in Rio de Janerio for a few more weeks . Down the street is a father and daughter that make some INCREDIBLE hand crafted jewlery . I know nothing about jewlery but the talent they have is amazing ! They craft it right there in their tiny store . I actually have walked around in the back to see how it is done .

So option # 2 is to have them design and make a necklace , earrings or something . Being in a poor neighborhood they are eager for $$$ , and compared to American prices it is inexpensive to say the least . I could even take photos of the stuff being made , and then a little history of the jewlery gift .

I have " teased " her saying it would be wrapped and placed on the counter BUT she would only get the present AFTER the date - she is getting it either way , just having some fun with her

Which option would the majority of ladies like best , or if you got something better please interject .

I say go with the jewelry babe! It is a one of a kind gift that you will not be able to duplicate. You can buy her shoes at DSW any day!

It's unique and thoughtful.  Shoes are good, but a gift certificate compared to one of a kind jewelry from a different country?  No contest.  It's a nice story to go along with the gift as well.

Kudos for the thoughtfulness.

Not just Xmas, but I always bring at least one nice piece of lingerie with me when I have a "date."

It always seems to be fun, and the girls always seem to appreciate it.

You're paying to get laid.  And on top of that you're going to give a gift too?  Do you think you're her boyfriend?  You're really taking this GFE thing literally.

Instead of giving a gift, spend that money on another session with her if you like her that much.  That way you're also getting something out of it.  Or just give more cash if you really want to do something extra.  But a gift?  do you think she's going to fall in love with you?

I just don't understand the whole idea of giving gifts to a hooker, as if money weren't enough.  I guess some people are willing to pay to pretend they have someone special in their life.

I'm a big fan of Lunch At the Ritz, a collector in fact.  They're art pieces made with high quality crystals, gold etc...  Very unique and whenever I wear something of theirs strangers feel impelled to compliment me on them:

she will like so I am not sure that we can answer that for you.  Hand crafted jewelry sounds great but I would put it in the jewelry box because I never wear jewelry.  
I love tank tops so that is one of the best gifts I have ever received.
It all just depends on the lady.  Does she have a gift tab on her website?

These women make more than some doctors and attorneys. A repeat visit would suffice

I have some beautiful items presented to me by my late regular who
may his soul rest in peace had some nice silver and platinum bracelets
and earrings , and a gold and diamond ring made during his travels.
With jewelry its a sentimental part unique in its own way with a style and meaning
from you not to be duplicated. Yes have something made for her. Rings are a bit personal
but bracelets and earrings or a matching set with necklace us perfect.
