I can't remember what they are called, but there use to be a series of bars that have glory holes under the bar itself.  Pay a little extra for the drink, unzip while at the bar (in some cases while on the bar stool) and get a bbbj.  The gals are not the premium lookers, but the methodolgy was a winner with me.

Look up the 'soapy massage' places, they're all full service.

Stay away from Patpong, total tourist trap, the bars are pure rip-off.

you get to pick out the waitress and she will take you to a booth in the back and duck under the table. great way to start the day lol

Eden Club, last I checked is on Soi 7/1, 3 blocks away from Nana (and on the other side of the street). One of the owners died recently, and the other owner is considering putting the club on the block or closing it. Also, I'm hearing reports that things there in general are not what they used to be, and service has become mechanical.

Patpong is a bit of a trap, but hardly a ripoff. Just be careful there. Pink Panther, on the Suriwongse side, still gets a lot of local expats.

Best soapys, for my baht, are on Ratchadaphisek...take the subway to Huay Kwang station and start walking.
