A Moderator can approve or disapprove a post, do a courtesy edit to a post to correct a broken link, or remove a duplicate post.

A Moderator can NOT edit the post three posts down from the one you posted this morning that you meant to post on the other board but didn't because you forgot and could the Mod please remove it because you inadvertently wrote you real name address and phone number of your day job and the link to the photo you used is actually banned on photobucket as being too risque and do I know where you can put your photo so TER will pick it up because people arent going to be able to access your private forum on weblog24by7.tv unless they sign up for it and maybe they dont want to sign up for it and besides the other place you want to link to your photos is a direct competitor to TER so no, the Moderator will NOT approve your ad post!
(Personally, I would just delete it in the first place, and avoid all the drama and confusion.)

A Moderator can penalize a troublesome user by putting them on Moderated status.

A Moderator can NOT remove reviews / ban a user / turn water into wine / or give you that hot providers private phone number because you've tried to reach her for the last 6 weeks and she hasn't returned your emails text messages phone calls and Fed-Ex telegrams and you've really got to see her before she raises her rates and you can't get grandfathered in. o_O

And finally, moderators have no control, access, or influence over the review process. None. Zero, Zip, Nada. It does not matter how vitally important it is for that false review to be removed, going to the moderators will not speed up the process or cut any corners. Really. It won't. Use Contact Us.

Admin needs to confirm you are who you are, and the security protocols used via Contact Us give them that tool. It's there for your protection. Follow the simple procedures and get results faster, then look for your responses in your Account Manager, My Feedback.

And here I was trying to make a bronze statue of all the moderators on TER so I could prey to you and offer a cash sacrifice before each session with a lady in hopes of a extra special time. Now that you admit that there is a limit to your powers as a moderators I guess that you are not gods. Now what am I to do with all of this bronze not to mention all of the cash I was going to sacrifice to you? Maybe I will just make a statue of the lady in the photo and offer my cash to her. That sounds more fun anyway. Thanks for the heads up, it saved me from wasting all of that cash on you. LOL

I can only say thank you to them. Yes we do expect a lot from them and from what I have gone through this last week I can see how good mods have bullcrap stories made up of them bartering and doing favors only for certain people and all that I find to be untrue.

I have seen quite few who have fantasies of mods and convince themselves that the mod is crazy about them when they are only trying to be considerate and polite to them.
I have seen women who do not get the favor they want from certain mods so they threaten the mod with I am going to tell everyone you posted a phony review or try some other low life threat on them, it doesnt work, it is sent to admin and usually taken care of by admin not the mod.

Ive seen people get scolded and put on temp moderation which they don't like so they argue and try to pitch one mod against the other by trying to get unmoderated with another mod other than the one who moderated them in th efirst place, instead of thinking about what they did and hanging out for 7 days or however long.

I know the mods have tried to educate and help others just to get a slap in the face.
Mods do not get paid monetary nor do they accept favors, they have a thankless positon and very unappreciated by many.

b) Reveal an alias to one or more members without "outing" the alias to the whole board by 'flipping it' on a post?

c) Remove all the posts ever made by a specific alias

a - I try to salvage a thread whenever possible.

b - No.If an alias is flipped, it is done at the direction of Admin. Moderators do not have the command priviledge to unilaterally take that action.

c - No, but Admin probably can if they so choose. I am unaware of this ever actually happening though.

d - I'd much rather just eat pussy, but I have on occasion, shaved golden pussy. And brunette pussy, and redheaded pussy. Twice :P

e - She's a nice Jewish girl from Israel named Sivan Krispin. Rising star in the modeling world.
