Many people can be jerks online, I wouldn't go as far to say the community in general would be sympathetic to someone who exposes people publicly who go through a lot of trouble to stay anonymous.
But what does the opinions of random people on a fuckboard have to do with it? Why not contact TER and P411 about it? Send them a link to whatever evidence you have and let us know what comes of it.

TER most sacrosanct rule is about disclosing the personal information of the members here. I would be more than happy to join/lead any lynch mob if there is proof positive of this kind of thing happening. I can't imagine TER or P 411 not banning someone for this type of behavior.
So, I take it this is NOT a hypothetical question. Don't leave us in suspense, if you have something to say, say it already. If you have a name, name this person. Obviously you will have the community's support if true, your actual question is like asking if we would condemn a child molester, of course we would. So spare us the "tee up" and lets get to the meat of the matter, who is doing such a despicable thing and why? Actually I don't even care about "why" who is what I am sure most of us want to know.
BTW, I myself was "outed" by some dickhead on a mission. It caused me no harm as I was already "out" but it ruined the lives of several people who weren't so lucky.

TER has male AND female members. The gals who read the thread can investigate further to ensure their own privacy is not compromised. Quite a few have already done so after this post.
There are definitely those on TER who also check other boards. Asking for help from one who may know something about the other board is not so farfetched at all. I've had those contacts already.
We definitely don't want that list public. Even though it is public, keeping it at hidden as possible is Important.
Outing the person who did it is important, but opening up an invitation for people to look at the list as proof that this person did it only exposes these people they're trying to out even more.
Whenever anybody figures out who it is, it would be best to simply send the evidence only to the parties that would be involved in banning the person. You also have to think about the backlash after exposing that person. Will they, out of anger, make things even more public?
