Sorry, not my thing, but I am sure others can and will be more helpful.  BTW I may be showing my ignorance about strap ons here, but is your question regarding size, color, brand, or what exactly are the criteria you use in selecting a fake dick?

I've heard good things about feeldoe strapless toys because of the mutual pleasure design of it, but I can't imagine they'd fair well when plowing some dudes nervous butthole.

If you can, find a custom leather maker.  I got mine at Folsom St Fair but I'm sure you can find one outside of SF.

Strap On Suggestion

Well as far as strap on fav's my personal favorite are the VixSkin because they are the most realistic feeling didloe i've found. easy to clean can be boiled in water and bleach for 3 minutes without breaking the material down.

don't forget that you need a really good harness as well. i went thru about a dozen before i found the Spareparts Hardware harness. its adjustable with velcro on sides and it really holds it in place. plus its washable (even better)
