Secondly, there was a study done recently which polled a few guys who were circumcised in their adult years and although not by overwhelming numbers some guys stated that the sensation was better when they were uncut...I just can't find the study right now..But its there somewhere....
I guess if you were circumcised as a baby and never had sex with uncut penis you would never know...
Third...There is a thing called soap and water...Use it to clean...Everyday.. 
I went out with a guy who had been circumcised as an adult, the pain with which he described the ordeal was cringe-inducing. If you have it as a baby there's no comparison but as an adult, I wonder if it's worth it?
if they are getting converted to religion that requires them to be circumcised, or if their Doctor advises them due to medical condition..
hands down i prefer cut over uncut. reasons: if a man is uncut and does not stay on top of it there can be an odor and giving a good bj is a little more challenging with the extra skin. finally, it just much nicer when cut.

I am uncut and have seen probably 100 providers in the 10 + years and never had complaint. The reason for wide spread circumcision in the western culture (except Judaism and Islam) was lack hygiene in the Middle Ages and some how it stuck around in the US. May be for puritanical reasons.
Circumcisions of infants are not done any longer in Europe and EU actually has a law against infant circumcision and it is considered genital mutilation.
Hence, there is no medical reasons whatsoever

of "timbalands" that my father gave me as a present back in 1995 and the fucking boots are still a good fit and not damaged in any way - really not even the color has faded that much.

Both parents have to request and sign papers. Otherwise, when the infant grows up, he can sue the hospital and even parents. Many educated parents are not circumcising infants any longer.
It has been proven that, there is absolutely no medical reasons. There was in Europe in the old days when hygiene did not exist and there were many out breaks of variety of diseases.

It is mostly practiced in Africa in the form of a clitorectomy, which involves the actual removal of the clitoris. It's purpose to to make it more difficult for a female to enjoy the sexual act and, therefore, make her more likely to be faithful.
In practice, the procedure is painful and often causes infection. It is barbaric needs to be eradicated.
I have never heard of simply removing the hood and leaving the clitoris intact, but if such a thing exists, please enlighten me. That said, I don't really see the point. Having tongued a large number of clits, I find they are not hard to get at and, if properly stimulated, the results seem to be more than satisfactory.
There are even more extreme cases of FGC (female genital cutting) such as sewing up the vaginal opening, leaving only enough (or sometimes not enough...which can lead to severe sepsis) for menstrual blood to pass through. Eventually, the stitches/fused skin/scar tissue will be broken through intercourse. I for one can't even fathom how excruciating that must be.
On the other hand, if dude just meant removing the clitoral hood as a means of hypothetical "circumcision," then that's another issue entirely. I fucking HATE it when someone pulls back my hood to expose my clit. It's entirely too sensitive. I'm not sure what the long term effects of such a procedure would be if performed during infancy, but I would assume that it would be quite a bit different just based on simple anatomy.
That doesn't mean that I support circumcision, but it's kind of an apples to oranges analogy.

I can appreciate that, after all, studies are inconclusive about many things in relation to it, at best it's mildly preventative at some things. But there is clear difference in that and what is done to girls. For girls it is 100% CULTURAL, it is about the belief that a female somehow shouldn't enjoy sex, a source of honor, purity, and all goes back to gender inequality. It is performed later in life so it is damn painful.

I have no goddamn idea what my clit would feel like if the hood were removed at birth, nor do I claim to know what it's like to have a dick, circ'ed or otherwise. Here's why I said that it's an apples to oranges analogy: you're equating foreskin with clitoral hoods and they're just not the same thing. It has nothing to do with the ethics of circumcision, it's just basic anatomy. Women and girls don't need to pull back their clitoral hood in order to clean their vulvas properly. Uncircumcised men do need to pull back their foreskin in order to clean their penises properly. Male genitalia is external, female genitalia isn't (at least not to the same extent). The bacterial composition and balance in female genitalia is much more complex than that of male genitalia. They're just not the same thing.
Again, I understand your point completely and I'm really not a fan of any non-consenting person having a procedure done on them. Do I think that the presence of foreskin automatically equates to sub-par hygiene? No. I'm just saying that foreskin and clitoral hoods are not particularly comparable things.

I know exactly what I said. Circumcision refers to the removal of the male foreskin. It is an old and barbaric tradition.
People in the media have used the term female circumcision to inaccurately describe the barbaric practice of what you accurately described as cliterectomy. I suspect that, initially, it was determined that no one wished to print stories or broadcast the word clitoris so another inaccurate euphemism was adopted.
I was trying to point out that many ladies that responded here as preferring circumcised cocks, would not volunteer to have the skin over their clitoris removed any more than most men would volunteer to have their foreskin removed if given the choice.
Also, that ladies don't seem to feel that keeping their clitoris clean is a problem, but think it is a problem for uncircumcised men.

There is a legitimate debate about male circumcision but what you fail to see is that there are legitimate reasons for male circumcision. The fact that you may disagree with them notwithstanding.
Another big difference you fail to see is that, while there are legitimate sanitary reasons for male circumcision, there is no analogous reason for the kind of female circumcision to which you refer. It is much easier for a female to clean that part of her anatomy than it is for a man to adequately clean his foreskin.

A friend wasn't getting any at home... apparently did not have a GF or provider... So the foreskin refused to stretch after a while & got infected. He had to have surgery... I think he was about 60... he was not a happy camper!!
