You are factually incorrect on several levels.

And you clearly have no idea what "succinct" means (brief and to the point).  What you actually mean by "our own property" isn't very clear but if you mean your reviews, they are TER's property, not yours or the reviewer's.  TER's own rules make this clear.
As for TER needing "an international location," how did you miss that TER has been located in the Netherlands for years? The problem is that the new law strips away much of that protection.
Please buy a clue.

Rather than mess with hundreds of business patrons on both sides of the business: Succinct customer service would have taken action before the Congressional vote to assure business would not be affected.

To compromise the entire TER presence for lack of planning is irritating.  We all have paid good money and placed our trust in TER management to be professional.  We cannot even gain access to our own property and reviews and statistics.
Please do the right thing: Gain an international location and give us back our intellectual property.
We pray that TER is protecting our privacy now!

a provider refer to a review written by someone else as "her" property, irrespective of TER's long-standing policy on content ownership.  IMO, only saying she is clueless is a kindness, you old softy.
