Getting more than you bargained for

I have an open question to both providers and hobbyists.  I've seen three providers over the last three weeks, two were reviewed very favorably on this site and the experiences were equally favorable.  The third came from an agency web site and she had no reviews.  When she arrived she explained what she would and would not do.  I was somewhat dissapointed by her limitations but she was very beautiful and I knew I would enjoy what she would do.  Part way through the session we became very passionate and she allowed me to do many of the things she said she would not do.  Afterwards, she said she got "carried away" for which I was grateful.  My first question is for providers, is this a "marketing ploy" designed to make the hobbyist happy to get something he wasn't expecting? Frankly, I was very satisfied and will continue to see this provider.  The second question is for the hobbyist, how should one review such a session?  On one hand should I list her limitations as she spelled them out at the beginning of our session or should I describe exactly what happened?  I'm concerned about advertising the fact that she may do things that she won't do in the future.

first of all, congratulations. YMMV at its best. Unfortunately this is not the kind of thing that happens everyday.

Your (second) question is something for the ladies to answer too IMHO, their input would be very valuable. Personnally I would not mention in the review anything specific that goes beyond her rules, otherwise everybody seing her next is going to be disappoinnted when he does not experience the same kind of YMMV. Maybe that will decrease her rating, but I think it's for the best, because it's avoiding her problems down the road.

I always ask a lady's permission before I review her, and when she has gone with me beyond what she stated in the first place or what I have seen in previous reviews of her, I ask her whether it's ok to put it in the review or not.

I met a provider for what was supposed to be a 3 hour lunch date.  It wound up going over 6 hours, and many expectations were exceeded beyond my dreams.  I am still seeing this provider regularly, and it just gets better.

She knew I was a regular reviewer here on TER, and she specifically asked me to use care in my review because she did not provide all of the services she did with me to all clients.  I was careful, and accurate, in the review, and am convinced that had I not been our relationship would have suffered or disappeared.

I believe it is possible to write an accurate review without betraying any confidence or service that is out of the ordinary for that provider, yet fulfilling TER requirements.  It just takes a little thought.  And of course it is a YMMV situation, as it always is.

I generally end up getting very nice sessions from providers, and I don't put all of the details into a review. I have my own style and approach just like every other provider does.  There are some things that I do for the lady that they really appreciate, and many times they do things for me that they won't do for other hobbyists.

Also the reverse is true, so I really take the YMMV portion to heart.

Some providers are more skillful at dealing with this than others, but at some level they all have to deal with juggling those male egos.

That is so true...That's why I can't lock myself into an hourly session...I leave mine open ended for that exact reason, EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT and should be treated that way. I don't fit a generality and few of us do..By allowing each person the time and activities they need, both partners get what they want. I believe I connect differently with each client I see, yes some are more exciting and erotic than others, but the bottom line for a Provider should be SERVICE. I know many won't agree with me on this, but I believe, baring physical abuse, or some horribly, distastful characteristic(two Dicks, eye in the middle of the forhead, four inch long toenails, etc.) every client should have access to all of your talents. Whether or not they want it, should have no bareing on whether it's available...IMHO

Clearly, this was a positive case of YMMV.  It sounds like she was more comfortable with you than others.  That does happen quite often.  So much of a gentleman meeting a lady is whether or not they "click."  You must have.

It doesn't sound like it was a marketing ploy.  I just had a similar instance where the lady provided less than the person who reviewed her last.  Was I disappointed....a little....did she feel more comfortable after we met the first time....absolutely....would I see her again.....absolutely.  It will probably be different next time.

of previously stated services in the review.  I would mention YMMV, my overall impression of the session and use more obscure descriptions in my writing.

Sure it could easily be a "marketing ploy", although in this case it's also entirely possible it wasn't.  I know I'm not the only guy who has had the good fortune to have sessions include far more than what would be necessary for "marketing."

As to the review..I personally omit any reference to the extras, whether time or services or both.  Whatever her reasons, I'd respect the lady's reasons.  I'd more than likely not say no in the review form to her "won't do list"..instead a "don't know" answer seems best to me.  Any experienced hobbyist know YMMV always applies so IMO you're not really being dishonest by withholding some details.

Continue to have fun with her!!

Maybe she liked you.

Or, if she's cunning, it's called "managing expectations".  You tell people they're going to get x-1, then when they get x+1 they feel like they've gotten a fabulous deal.

My car dealer did it all the time to me.  "Oh, your car will be ready a week from tuesday."  Then when it would be ready on friday, I'd be happy...even though it should have been done on wednesday in the first place.

Some clever marketing on her part.
