I'd love to hear both sides to this:

How many ladies had a guy make them an offer before they were actually a provider. And did your decision to accept or not have anything to do with the way it was proposed?

Also, are they any guys who have tried this with a lady who you knew wasn't a provider but for whatever reason thought she might accept?

Of course I have a personal interest in the question. But it is a very sensitive area to approach.

I have given two wives money for sex for my entire adult life. Come to think of it, I've given them money for no sex. Other than that, NO.

Why would a guy do that? I think the answer is rather obvious, he probably didn't think he could get laid any other way.

Perhaps not with cash.  Clearly many non-provider women are given lavish gifts ie: jewelry, cars, vacations, and on & on.

Let's not kid ourselves.  They are being compensated for sex.

I recall being 16 and a run-away down to my last buck and hitchhiking with my best gf and a man gave us a ride and offered 40 to either of us (silly man, he should have said BOTH!! lol) for a BJ. We were both horrified, lol. We needed money so badly yet declined that offer. Youth is, in itself the time we still have issues with certain things and do not yet even know we might like it because it seems "gross" so we won't give it a try. Oh, if then I would have known what I know now... I would have made a regular friend right thar, lol.

My point is that there are probably alot of women who would consider it on a one time or short term basis. And I'm sure there are plenty of guys here who know or knew a lady in that predicament.

Yeah, I know. Reviews.  Sometimes though, I don't want to know in advance what's going to happen. It's what makes life exciting.

I knew a couple of girls in high school and college about whom it was whispered that they would put out for $.  I never thought of making an offer to any of them.  Even in my later days I tried the more traditional pay for play approach of offering dinner and even travel to get laid.  Maybe there was a chick along the way who would have taken an offer but I don't regret not asking.  To me, it would be like "outing" yourself.

OMG - I am crying from laughing so hard!  I work part time in a bar.  Had a customer talking to me one night and he made an "indecent proposal", not knowing about my "other job". Offered me $1,000 to spend time with him.  Thought about it for 30 seconds before I said yes.  Met on a Sunday and was home in time for the football game.  lol

I still get asked from time to time, usually when I'm working in my professional life, and the answer is still no. I personally think it's pretty rude, and aside from that, I have no way to judge whether the request stems from honest attraction or from other, less pleasant areas. So, to play it safe, no.

One time, though, the boundaries were a little blurred... I received a request for an appointment from a gent that presented himself well and had several positive references, so I accepted. I had to work earlier that day (I'm in film), and of course I spent my entire day on set looking forward to the fun times planned for later that evening... it wasn't just the lights that were making me hot!

So I get home, shower, and head over to a nearby hotel to meet the man in question. I open the door... and there is the director that I spent all morning working my ass off for! Turns out he had *other* plans for my ass
