First dial 123-456-7001, then 123-456-7002, then 123-456-7003, and so on until you hit the right number.  It shouldn't take more than a day.

this site, which used to link TER reviews (please start that again!), is now only listing partial phone numbers, as in  
123-456-7***.  

Any one know why?

Any one know how we are supposed to get the actual numbers from that?
