We working girls have to stick together, and for that purpose I am sooo grateful for this TER Discussion Board! I want to let all you hard working girls in on the new scam. Because of the shut down on CL you will have lots of emails from people/websites trying to get you to advertise on their new sites. They will try to scare you into thinking that BP, or whatever your main advertisement venue is, is about to shut down and that putting your ads on their sites will get you mad business. Don't fall for it because it is a bunch of B.S.!
   There is a lot of money to be made from these sites for the people who run/own them. Even ten bucks per provider per ad per month would bring them in a ton of money if they can get enough providers to commit. They are banking on your panic. They know how we need our money and they want you to go "oh shit, my #1 ad site is about to go down, what am I gonna do now?! Shit, I better put an ad up with these people so that I don't fuck up my money." Some of these sites may be good ones for advertising after all but most of them are relatively new which also means relatively UNKNOWN! I've fallen for a few of them myself which is why I want to warn you now. Even if it's as little as five bucks a month, please take the time to investigate the site and how much traffic and cash flow they really have...most of them are bogus. Like I said, some of them are good sites, but you really need to look into their backgrounds to know which is which. Get that money girl, keep that money girl, and don't let these fools hustle you out of it girl! Peace and may we all stay blessed.
