Have several regulars, all fabulous....  Great passion with all, and mutual love and caring with a few, very deeply.....

Finding multi-love rather than strict monogamy so much preferable....  Odd, but am in bliss, love the freedom and diverstiy, and somehow don't believe in monogamy for life!!

With due respect to all parties involved, let's not confuse what goes on here with love.  If remuneration is involved it is not love. It is lust. Leave it at that.

But you need to remember, that this is NOT a dating site.

I read too many posts where hobbyists/providers come off like they own each other, and expect them to be at their beck and call.

You wanna date, go to match.com and find love. You wanna get laid (sorry, not into sugar coating the issue), this is the site to be.

Get over the "love" issues, and learn to admit it's all about lust.

you are feeling the difference between love and sex.

Love is pure acceptance.

Sex is mechanics. You can have both, but most often they are confused.

Passion is not love either. It is a separate emotion all together.

You can deeply and truly love an infinite number of people. You can feel passion for as many as you wish too. Sex is just mechanics so as long as the machinary is working... lol

Monogamy is an integrity thing. It is a promise that you will be something for someone for eternity. We are all faced with breakdowns in integrity every day. speeding, infidelity, cutting corners. there is no judgement in that, it just is.

So as long as you are pure acceptance for someone you can love as many as you wish.

Just do not make any commitments you are not willing to keep and you will have fewer breakdowns in your life.

There's no reason why monogamy is a better arrangement than polygamy.  They are both different answers to the same questions, they both have their advantages and drawbacks.

It's wonderful that you feel this way.  I have to warn that it might change, because things always do.  If you get too close to any one client, though, watch out for jealousy.

We try to say this isn't emotional.  If that were true, the trysters job would be easy, but sex touches every emotion that there is.

Lust and love aren't so separate.  You go in with the idea of keeping them separate, as I'm know NYC Provider did, and what happens?  Like a priest trying to keep his oath of celibacy, you find out you can't do it.

So, you fucked up, but you've discovered something new.

What keeps me from falling in love is I always distract myself with a different lady.  I'll know that doesn't work when I'm in love with all of them.

is your choice.

There is no right answer to anything.

Monogamy could be becasue of fear. It could be out of duty. It could be out of honor. It could be for any number of reasons.

I believe what this dear woman is experiencing is that she is finding that love, sex and passion are not exclusive to monogamous relationships and can be undertaken with many or one at a time.

So as long as she is inspired by her state of being, then she will not be upset by her actions.

you develop it through practice.
Erotic love is fueled by desire (lust).

If you are well versed in it, and have the desire and compassion, you can exercise love with many people.

I would recommed:  The Art of Loving, by Erich Fromm for more details.  The book has a chapter on erotic love, but it deals with all types of love.

I think it has more to do with controlling the jealousy that could spoil love.  Definitely the way it's promoted in society, it's a way of controlling/rationing sex and containing jealousy.

Your ability to love doesn't go to infinity, but I think you can love a lot of people.  If you're overextended and overcommitted it does create problems though.  Jealousies being one.  Conflicts of interest, another.  Ultimately, you could lose control to the point where it will kill you.

It is possible, though, to love many.

I think JockeyPants had it right, too.  There is less acting involved than most guys would think.

What you've said makes me feel better, Ciara.  Sometimes my feeling during a session could go right over the top.  I dream that I'm in love.  Within the dream it's very true, but then I wake up.

I'm talking about the ladies I've had the pleasure of meeting, of course.  However, it may be true of you too once we meet.  A defective pocketbook and defective geography has prevented that so far, though.  I'm working on them! ;)

I said "I knew it," because you've often been such an advocate of keeping this strictly business.  Obviously that's where you stand, but it's just as obvious now that you know how emotions can act on people, even fleetingly.  I guess the key to keeping them under check is to keep them fleeting.
