I'd most likely try harder to make an appointment, knowing I'd not have a 'next time she comes to town' opportunity.
Ill be retiring in 3 months and I was wondering if you guys would want to see a girl who announces she is leaving the biz in a few months. Would you rush to see her because this may be your last chance or would you not want to see her because there wont be a chance of repeating the experience. Would it not make a difference at all?

just so I don't feel like something awful might have happened.
I probably would be more inclined to see her again as well.
Thanks guys, so what would be an appropriate time frame to mention my plans? 3 months before or just 1?
to a handful of favs like moi....
Do they just use a email addy now and take down website etc
as they have spent a long time buidling their "brand" and the contact information is valuable.
They take down their website.
Some will still see occasional new clients by recommendation from existing friends.
They limit their biz volume to fit whatever they are doing - usually either a vacation from the biz or trying to re-invent themselves in a new career path. Or occasionally they've developed a problem - being outed, or a problem client or such - and are laying low for a while.
But the ladies I have known both like the additional income *and* find that some of the relationships they've built with regurlars are important to them.
Not a single one has *really* retired and most come back into the biz at some point.
Cheers

her impending retirement, her performance did NOT match her reviews. It may not have had anything to do with her "short timer's" attitude, but I thought so and there were comments about it by subsequent reviewers as well. She obviously didn't care at the time because she was not coming back.
One year later, her circumstances brought her back into business. The reviews were consistently good, so I took a chance and saw her again. It was one of the top 10 sessions I ever had. Doing the math, I will NOT go see a provider who has announced her impending retirement.
Besides, there are too many providers out there who have "retired" multiple times to trust that such an announcement is not a marketing ploy, whether it really is or not.
previously spent time with that I scheduled for a "farewell session" before she left. One moved and the other retired permanently. Both sessions were as good as the previous visits (2 or 3 with each lady).
On the other hand, I would not see a lady for the first time just because she was leaving the business. There are several ladies on my bucket list that appear to have left the business so those fantasies will not come true. Oh well, I'll move on.
Back to your op, it wouldn't make a difference to me. If you were on my bucket list, you might move up a spot or two. BTW, I've become somewhat skeptical of the "provider retiring" posts. But that's just me. Good luck with your future endeavors
a civilized and celebratory faewell would be essential for me. of course it might not be so for you. of course you need to decide as best for you.
the value for me is that it would allow me to cherish the memories of you untarnished by mystery.
so if i know you let me know, please. i recently had a scare about a favorite that turned out to be a false rumor. so this is an item of special interest to me at the moment.
i am not as likely to assume it is a scam as some folks.
i understand that circumstances change, plans change. in fact if you do me the courtesy of announcing a retirement i am more likely to rebook with you if you resurface than if you didn't let me know.
I would say an announcement is in order if she really thinks this is it. Many come back four and five times after they say they are done. As for the last chance sale, I usually don't go for it. I figured if I haven't seen her, I don't want to be at the end of the line regretting that she is not coming back.
If I had seen the provider before and she was an ATF I did indeed make special time to see her before she left. And I made sure she new how much she was appreciated. She was a lovely lady I will never forget
when she falls in love with some special man. Boy will I be bummed.
It doesnt matter to me as I rarely repeat and with so much abundance of great ladies it is not really an issue.
Taking some time off, or a vacation, or a sabbatical, anything but retiring would be a better way to announce your leaving I think. Also mentioned before, many girls 'retire' and some time down the road, for whatever reason, return to the biz. This way, you leave it more open to return.
As a hobbyist, if you were on my 'bucket list' of girls to see, I might move you up the line to see you before you are gone. I would not see a provider simply because she was retiring unless I already had her on my to-do list. It would also depend on how badly I wanted to see her.

I wanted to use an alias for this comment but I already posted with my handle.
I would want to know just in case she was on my list of ladies I wanted to see. I'd make room on my schedule so I didn't spend the rest of my life wondering what it would have been like.
when i see a lady i am usually looking for a 'relationship' well beyond a 1 time activity. i would not see a provider, regardless of how attracted to her i was, if i knew she was retireing in 3 months, because, i like the
lady to get to know me, that is, what i like,
and how the next session will be better than the last. it usually takes me atleast three sessions to get to that point and , since i "hobby' about once a month -to 6 weeks, getting to know some one who will no tbe available after that period would be very disapointing to me.i would not invest my time or money. anyway, good luck in your retirement. hope all goes well for you in your future.
