I'm running out the door for an appointment so cannot elaborate now.  But yes, there are hands on licensed sex therapists and certified sex surrogates.

I have only seen something similar publicized by one lady, Zoe.  But that's not to say others don't offer if asked.   She's based in London, but does visit the States.  I haven't experienced a Coaching session with her, but based on the time I spent with her, I expect it would be informative, patient, and enjoyable.

Yes this is definitely a thing- myself as well as several providers I know have backgrounds in erotic coaching and somatic bodywork. Because we are not licensed therapists we legally cannot use the term "therapy" or "therapist", even though the work we do is therapeutic. So "educator" and "coach" are common terms we use.

The specific modality I studied is Sexological Bodywork, and I do incorporate the coaching and hands-on techniques into my time with escort clients when it's requested or I feel it would be beneficial.  

Somatics is very helpful for performance anxiety, ED, early ejaculation, sensation loss, libido issues, among manythings. It's also wonderful in general for accessing erotic potential through breath, movement, and touch.

Several provider colleagues of mine also have a background in somatics as well as sex surrogacy. I definitely encourage any clients curious about it to reach out to a provider with these skills, as it can be a life changing experience.

That’s often the challenge. Young and hot doesn’t have the experience a seasoned pro has. It’s like many things. The more they have it all figured out, the closer they are to the finish line. When they peak, see them before it’s too late.
