Now, as to the physiognomy/biology/psychology of it, that's for a female to answer.

Both sexes can achieve orgasm by means other than stimulation of the external sex organ.  It may become more infreqauent as sexual experience and maturation take place, but can also remain or increase with specific acts or situations.
