Dear Readers,

Out of curiosity, how many of you have close friends or acquaintances who are hobbyists?  I know many of us know plenty of anonymous email acquaintances and board personalities, but I'm talking about guys you see or interact with in person on a regular basis.   Perhaps friends, co-workers, relatives?  

If so, how did this become open between you?  A best friend that you trust with everything? A salesman at your company who likes to brag about his road-trips?  An online acquaintance that you met in person and built a friendship? A recently divorced buddy that you helped get back in the saddle via an escort tip?  Was there someone who got you into the hobby?  Any stories?

He never reached my level of incall providers because of his financial situations during certain periods of his life. He is now out of the game as far as I know (steady girlfriend etc.)

It would be cool to have someone to talk to once in a while about my favorite hobby.  Problem is, who do you trust?  Can they trust you?

I've had nice talks with providers about the hobby and the "biz" but it's not the same.  They don't want to hear about who does what, and I don't want to hear about other guys and how they do her.

Well, at least there is this board.

but eventually decided against it...  don't know what he would think and afraid of being judged because of the hobby.  Thank goodness for TER otherwise I would think I'm the only 'pervert' in this world and I'm so bad... lol...  TER serves as an outlet for me about this passion of mine...  Thanks guys!!  I luv ya all... plutonic only of course.... *grin*

Reo you have offline personal friends who are hobbyists?

I was recruited into this hobby by my brother-in-law (yes, my wife's brother) about a year ago. We were visiting him (he is married with kids) at his home in Bangkok and he insisted that I go out with him for a night on the town. Well that night totally changed me and we went out several more times before the trip ended. The scene in Bangkok is totally different than here. For comparison, I saw 2 girls one night for 2 hours in a very nice hotel style AMP for a total cost of about $120 including tips to both girls. I have continued with this pastime since returning back to LA, although at a much higher cost for less time. We speak & email about our encounters several times a month and it is very helpful to have someone to share experiences with who understands what it is all about.

I have told some of my friends that I do this from time to time. Bottom line is, I think they are jealous..they wish they could do it but they don't have the balls...or the money...I have learned its best to keep your mouth shut about this, which I sincerely believe is a form of addiction.....
