Have you ever gotten back to you car or your home after a session and realized you left something behind, like your wallet, keys, phone or wedding ring?!?!?  Either you forgot to pick it up off the dresser or it fell out of your pocket?

I've never had that happened, but I'm paranoid that it will.  I realize you could just immediately text the provider or PO and ask them to check to see if the item is in the room, but if they've already moved on to their next client they might not get back to you right away.  If I had to wait an hour or two for a response, I'd be torn up with anxiety.  Also, while 99.9% of the providers I've seen are decent human beings and I trust would help me find my forgotten item, it's not inconceivable that one might not be responsive (perhaps just because they're flaky, not necessarily because they're a jerk).

Yes, I'm generally forgetful anyway, such to the point that I have to verbally go through a checklist before daparting the scene. "Socks, shoes, pants, belt, shirt, jacket, keys, wallet . . . " Just before I do it, I explain it to the chicks. They laugh. Some of them even saybtheyre forgetful too, LoL

More than once, however, I have still missed something. I once spent a lot of money of a high-class lubricant, took it with me to my next session with an escort, we only used a dab of it.  When I got back home about an hour after seeing with her, I realized the bottle wasn't with me. I don't know if I thought I had put it in my bag as I got dressed, or if she had grabbed it. Thinking back, the last place I had seen it, it was tangled up in the sheets or blanket or pillows, pillowcases.

Meh, no big deal. I didn't even call her to ask about it, I figured if she didn't have it, the housekeeper may have found it when cleaning the room.

I left my ID card behind once, and when I called the hotel an hour later, they had it waiting for me at the reception desk to pick up the next day.

I left my jacket in a taxi once after seeing an escort.

There have been other incidents too.

I bought a big sub sandwich and put it in the hotel room fridge.  Forgot about it until headed home. Called the lady who was still in the room. Told her she could eat it if she wanted. She said she would.

If I put something out of sight such as in drawers or closets, out of sight out of mind. Not the first time I left stuff in a hotel room because of that.

I used to see this girl in Falls Church at her apartment - like the place she actually lived. I left behind my work badge.  This was like in 2005-06. so been about 17 yrs now..

No big deal. Told her to throw it away.  Picked a new one from work next day.

One time I met someone I saw regularly.  We were both so happy to see each we got right into it. As I was leaving she called my phone asking if I forgot to leave something. Utterly embarrassed that the envelope was still in my jacket. She only laughed and gave me a big kiss when I went back to her room.
Another time I had a long date on Long Island with a lady I knew well and who lived in Manhattan. After returning to the hotel from dinner she realized she left her purse at the restaurant with ID and credit cards. The place was already closed but when I called the next day, they had found it.
She trusted me enough to get it for her and FedEx it to her.

Broken that this girl will never be mine for more than an hour or so at a time.

Same thing for me except I realized while she was still looking for the donation and texted her. Offered to run back up but we had already set another appointment for 5 days later so she said to just bring it then. I felt pretty flattered that she would trust me like that.

Oh, lets see:

A few umbrellas
Hats
Ties
Car keys
Outer jackets
and dozens of bottles of massage oil!

But in heaven you get it all back, so no problem.

Once I left my cell phone behind.   This was a conundrum because how do I call her to tell her?   I couldn't go back up to the room because I would need a key card to operate the elevator.   So, I found a pay phone (Yes, this was some years ago.) and called my cell phone.   Thankfully she answered and came down to the lobby to bring it to me.

Gals leave things behind also, but sometimes on purpose.   One gal left her panties in the bathroom.   I called her to tell her, and she said that they were left as a gift to me.   (Awwww).  She said she could come by the next night and pick them up, and she did, and stayed the night as well.    Those were the days.

behind their watches , wallets, socks (believe it or not) and worst of all I had a client leave behind their wedding ring. my assistant was nice enough to meet the man at a sushi restaurant (this happened in boston ) in china town and the person did not even give a tip for the trouble. But we saved a marriage. Something i think i do every day!

If I would ever lost my security badge, I'd be in so much trouble!  In your case, it seems to be a waste of time to have a badge.  And I definitely wouldn't take it along to anywhere, but work.
One time I figured out the number combination on a door lock and went walking around in a high security military area, with no questions asked.  That was Air Force.

Once I make it to the location (there's usually a 15 min wait once I give the "I'm here" text).  While I wait and before I make my way into the hotel I take off my watch, and empty my pockets of any valuables (besides the donation and my phone).

about 20 years ago I left a Rolex in the room. Took it off for a shower.  I realized I had left it as I exited the elevator.  Before I could call her, she called me to let me know she had the watch.  I never forgot that

I left a watch once and a work Blackberry (obviously not recently).

The watch was in Geneva and I realized its within minutes before she left the rented room or had another client. Had it been a half hour, I probably would never have seen the watch again

The Blackberry phone was with a long-time friend (and still friend). It was a Saturday and we agreed to make our next date the next day so that I could pick it up without hassle for either of us. I could check the messages on my PC, so it wasn't a problem for work. She didn't have my password on this device and couldn't have actually done it, but she teased me about "accidentally" sending erotic pictures of her to my bosses with very whorish messages that she never would have done in real life.
