My limited experience of short encounters says no.
Do they fake it? That might help them make money.
Do any of them have the muscles to fake it? (and which ones)
Does it depend upon circumstances? (high end or low end provider, when their next appointment is, length of current appointment, big tipper?)
After a few orgasms, they might get a little insensitive.
When women get on top they can have more orgasms, so they can probably have less or none also.

Reo Providers Really get off?

Come on, of course they fake it.  How can you every really tell when a woman has had an orgasm?  Just because they moan and go crazy like they have had one. It is the easiest thing in the world for a woman to fake it and there is no way for you to know.  And it isn't too difficult to contract a few muscles and jerk around a bit. Anyway providers aren't robots, they can't just get off constantly with man after man.

I would guess about 50% of the ladies I see really go off.  I have found age doesn't matter, I know a 21yo that is good for at least 3-4 evertime and a 38yo Latin that sometimes makes it 6 or 7 times.  Sound and motion are easy to fake but when it gets wet, wet all over you know she has had a real O.

Unlike some of the above post I tend to like the early evening incalls that usually close up shop about 5 or 6pm.  I would just as soon be the last and usually ask for that.  No rush, usually more time spent then arranged and most of the women get relaxed with the bottle of wine I bring and really want to mellow out.  Also it is suprising how many have not been satisfied during the day.  I am not a young stud so slow and easy is my style not fast and furious.  Also if we really click going out for a drink or a bite to eat afterwards off the clock is very common.

That's a big YES! to the big O! I want to get some satisfaction too! It becomes boring if you don't. I'm one of the lucky ones that when I do get to that point, the flood gates open!!! And for those who are ignorant and believe when a woman squirts that this is pee, IT IS NOT!!!!! Women have glands that produce this fluid and it is ejaculated similar to what a man experiences. Some women are highly orgasmic and can get off easily time after time, client after client. Even if the client is a fumbling Joe Virgin, the provider can shift her body, use her own fingers to help out or do whatever it takes.

Other women, unfortunately, have a hard time achieving orgasm with anybody, no matter how experienced the client or how hard he tries.

I know a top rated provider who confided she almost never achieves orgasm except occasionally with her boyfriend, and only rarely with a client. This is after 3+ years in the business, so it's not for lack of experience, LOL. But she always pretends to have an orgasm because she doesn't want to hurt the client's feelings.

Do they fake it? Not me. I think faking it is absolutely ridiculous. What's the point? I'm there take care of my clients' needs, not win best actress at Cannes. I don't get paid  nearly enough to fake it.

Could I? Yes.

Depend on circumstances? Totally, but it primarily depends on the client - his attitude, his touch, initital contact, etc. I will not fake it under any circumstances. When clients ask me if I came, I want to just roll my eyes. If I had/have an orgasm, the client will DEFINITELY know. My neighbors will tooAgain, the client's appearance doesn't matter as much as his personality and touch. I had the most amazing orgasm today with a client to whom I wasn't the least bit attracted. He was youngish (31), uneducated formally, and of a different ethnicity than myself. In real life, I would have NEVER given him a second look, but damn he sure knew what he was doing. In all reality, I'm not his type in real life either. He simply had the most perfect touch ever. I won't say this happens with *every* client. I probably achieve orgasm with one of out ten clients. My best friend and I still talk about an orgasm she had years ago with a client. According to her description, he was fat, bald and old. She wasn't attracted to him at all, but to this day her and I still talk about that beloved man. Both of these scenarios prove that a man needn't be Chris Klein to make women happy.

such low volume providers I am surprised that is a problem.  If I believed what I heard everytime that subject comes up I would think most providers don't get laid any more often than civilain ladies.  If a lady saw "man after man" she would be a high volume provider.

As you say some ladies are more orgasmic than others.  In addition just like the guys some ladies quickly learn how to shift their body, etc to achieve orgasm and others could be in the business for 15 years and never learn to please themselves or their partner.

Sorry to break the news, but to the less worldly of you men.....women lie about their real hair color, their weight, their age, and the volume of guys they see (civilian or paid).
