I saw some providers posting on both but have no reviews on TER. the postings have the same info on it. Do you think its legit or LE doing there work?

What you're describing is Advertizing.  Without a review, there's no way to know if LE, rip-off, up-sell, under performer, Bait & Switch, etc  It's a big gamble if no reviews.

Have you searched just the name, just the phone for your area?  Area codes are tricky as multiple codes per area these days.    

Since you have only a few reviews, I'm going to guess your pretty new.  I'm not much beyond that, but I've learned to use TER.  Let someone else take the risk.  If some reviews show up you'll know what to expect (or to avoid).

no reviews is a risk for many reasons, not just LEO. Everyone has to start out new sometime, but better to let the grizzled vets who's radar is more sharply attuned TOFFT.

either way if you dont know what you're doing, dont take the risk.

check out the Newbie Board.  Most of the advice is to avoid any one without TER reviews.  Otherwise, don't come bitching back here if you get a ROB.
