For the ladies, obviously once you read this you will know I am new at this, but is it silly for me to wear my wedding ring or is it silly to take it off when on a date?

For the guys, what is the common practice?

In my oppinion it would be silly to take it off for the simple fact what if you loose it? Unless of course you habitualy take it off for other things and have a safe place in car but even then I would hesitate too remove such in your shoes.

Why take it off?  Who would care (except you)?

Some of the ladies wear their wedding band but not their engagement ring.  I am not sure why.  Maybe they keep it safe at home.

Marital status is not relavant in professional relationships.

I am divorced, and wear mine to some providers just so they don't get the wrong idea!  Also, my ATF just told me that she is married - ! wow!  that was a heart stopper.....  

I couldn't imagine being a provider and being married or heavily attached.  It just doesn't seem.. I dunno.

Why on earth would providers not have husbands, relationships children?  They are amoung the brightest, healthiest, most attractive women on earth.

me thinks because if you can get milk and have someone pay you to drink it, why have the bull and have to shovel his bulls@$#

Do you think women only get married to have someone support them?  So women who can support themselves with this business or in some other business would be crazy to marry someone?  

To me the unusual part is not that a provider would want to marry, but rather that a man would be OK with his wife continuing to share her body with other men after marriage, even though she earns a living that way.

I would think marriage would come along when the lady is ready to retire from this business and go into another service industry which is not so intimate.  

But hell, what do I know?
