What was your experience? What tour providers would you recommend, esp in the S. American, Central American and Carribean

I'm on their mailing list and someday I'll probably take the plunge, if only out of curiosity.  

As I recall, however, some time back, a poster on some other board indicated that he had the time of his life at Viking, one of these clubs.
