Then I block his email address to stop the "why" because in my experience the "why" almost always gets into one of two unpleasant exchanges...a john pitching a hissy fit OR trying to convince you to see him. Neither is fun. One reply is professionally all you need.

A provider I used to see regularly when I lived in New York had a client who paid her to kneel in front of him and beg him to fuck her while he stroked her hair and they both looked into each other's eyes. He would refuse repeatedly and at the end absolutely refuse.  He would also make some insulting comments.
He would pay her and leave.  
After a while she began to get first annoyed then really angry when he rejected her.  She said she would start thinking:"who the hell she to reject me."  
I left NY and stopped seeing her before I found out if she refused to see him after a while.

Am I missing something here?
