It would be menage a quatre.  

I have an escort name, a fake "real" name, and a "real" real name.  

I've had a few clients who have thought nothing of blurting out, 'Oh, Suzy Q Hooker? She actually lives in on 9th St., in the red building next to [name of store]. Her real name is Janice Smith and she's an aspiring singer.' I just hope that these girls gave fake info.  

Guys also share a lot of info over backchannel. You'd think they'd refrain from telling an anonymous stranger about our personal lives, but in my experience...they do not.
