If you ask a provider that question in an e-mail you will not get a response. If when you do get a "date," and ask that question, you'll be asked to leave. If she has handlers, you'll be asked to leave and the donation will stay too. If you ask your wife is she has an STD you'll get a cold shoulder and no "free" pussy to boot. You see the logic, dude, you're fucked or at least that's how you'll feel. BTW, no glove, no love with ladies who believe they have a future. Better yet, take the advice above and stay at home and look at your wife and take matters into your own hand(s).

Oh, boy! Here we go again. However, I've decided to help you . . .

instead of bash you over the head. First, most providers get checked more frequently than civie women. We're less likely to give you an STD than women you pick up at a bar (or women who are so shy they won't ask to be tested).  Also, never see a provider who doesn't use protection. That's a big red flag in our community -- not safe practice. If you want to ask, just say, "I don't mean to be rude but have you been tested lately for any STDs or HIV?"  Also, tell her, "I have (if you have) and I am clean." That way, she'll know you're just being conscience of your health. You have the right to ask, but don't always expect the same response I gave to you.

I don't mean to sound harsh here, man, but if you're really that concerned (almost sounding borderline panicked, sorry) this isn't the hobby for you.  Stick with mainstream civilian women, women you've known for some time and can trust to be open with you when the time comes (um, no pun intended).

As Ciera said, providers - responsible and conscientious providers - get tested regularly.  (This doesn't absolve hobbyists of getting tested, no.  We should - and need to - on a regular basis as well.)  Civilian women you meet at the bars or online or in the grocery store check-out line, who can really say?  Nuts, overall, who can really say anything?  Something could happen between tests; you just never know.

Just stick with the women you know and can trust, okay?  It'll (theoretically) save you from a lot of anxiety in the STD department.

You've come to the right place for info and I'd glad to report that hobbying is as safe as being snuggled on your mammy's arms.

Case in point:  me.

I have been hobbying for 35 years and not once have I ever caught an STD from any women I was with.  Well over a hundred and counting.  Of course, I always use, and the providers insist upon a condom.

When I was younger I had about a half dozen civie girl friends and two of them gave me various STD's, not to mention crabs.  Fortunately for me this was before AIDS became so wide spread and a shot in the ass cured me right up.  (Plus the Pyronite)

Do the math and enjoy.

the gals are clean, it is the dudes I worry about.... I have had providers nurse me back to health... when I have really not felt well... (was under stress and the stomach really revolted!)  Fortunately, the lady I was with was patient... and offered a kindly patience...

seriously, almost all providers get tested regularly, but if you want the truth, they could transmit, in a window after having sex with someone with an STD prior to testing, and seeing you... but to be honest, if you are worried about this, quit the hobby.  

Find yourself several men's magazines that have been plastic wrapped by machines. Find a warm spot and beat off to your heart's content.

There is no certainty that you won't hook up with a woman that has an STD, even in your relationships in the civvy world. To assume that a provider is any more likely to have an STD than any civvy that you meet is a massive misconception. Find providers that care as much about their health as you care about yours. Many will state their health rules on their websites so that hobbyists know where the line will be drawn.
