Unlike most traditional print magazines, SI is still making money hand over fist.  No one who works there needs to buy condoms, beef jerky and "a undershirt" at a gas station.

I never said or implied beef jerky was a "poor man's snack."  It is, in your case, an ignorant man's snack.

Read your reply to my post in this thread. You started off by saying SI staff makes money hand over fist, and didn't need to shop at a gas station. Personally I'm glad there is a retailer that carries my preferred brand of beef jerky.
