Report a Problem (use button on the review), and explain your mistake and see if Admin will fix it.

Problem reports are for simple problems that don’t require any feedback.

Use “Contact us” and explain to admin what happened. They may edit it, or they may put it back into edit mode and let you edit it. Or they may just leave it and say you’re too late.

When you first submit a review the review will be in edit mode until they approve it and post it. This lasts anywhere from a few hours to 3 days. That’s the time to edit your review (or even before you hit submit). Once it is posted, it is at Admin’s discretion whether they allow you to edit it or not. If they think it’s important enough they will. If they don’t think it is important they will leave it as is.

to type your review in a word processor program.  Leave it sit a day or so, then go back and check your spelling, grammar, etc.  If you are then happy with your review, copy and paste it into the review form on TER.  That's how I do all my reviews.

as the lady being reviewed, I don't think the Report a Problem button will even work.  Have you actually done this, or are you just  guessing it might work when you saw the button?

Stormy has the right answer below.  "Contact us" is easiest, or you can go to your message tab, and PM TERSupport, then report it as Stormy suggests.

that you can’t click on a review by someone and then click on Report a Problem to see that it does indeed work?  Sheesh.

In my experience Contact Us can take a long time for a response. This matter was important enough to the OP that he started a thread on it, so I thought I’d suggest an easy way to report a problem with a review... since this a problem with a review.  No need to get your undies in a bunch about it.

message that says I am "not authorized to report a problem with this review."  If it worked for you, good for you.  Doing it your way has NEVER worked for me.  Admittedly, I was not the author of the review because I don't make mistakes that need corrections.  I was reporting a review written by someone else that was clearly a fake.   Does that make a difference?   When I did it Stormy's way, it worked perfecting and was corrected.

LOL.

I’ve done it before on someone else’s review with no error or other issues. Maybe that particular review you tried to report was frozen from updates because it had already been reported as fake by the provider or someone else.  Are you saying you’ve tried to report multiple reviews and you got the same error each time?  If so that’s very odd.

Maybe someone else can let us know if Report a Problem has worked for them, on a review they didn’t write... because I know you don’t believe anything I say. 😛
