 i, personally, have a ton of them.  someone with the right touch can basically transform my entire body into one big erogenous zone.  this list is embarrassingly long (i'm so easy!), but my hot spots for gentle sensual stimulation are: my ears, my neck, my upper back (fingers lightly running over my skin), the crooks of my elbows & behind my knees, just under my ribcage (a well-placed lick in that spot will drive me crazy!), my hips, my wrists, hands, and fingers.  the hands and fingers in particular are PACKED with nerve fibers -- most peoples' fingers and hands are very sensitive but no one ever really thinks to stimulate them there.  i've elicited quite a few pleased gasps and moans by applying certain kinds of stimulation to the fingers and hands on my way "down below."
