You need to buy some good lube.  Pussies were not made to lubricate latex!  You're asking too much of them for both your sakes.  Also the safety of condoms is much improved by lubricant.  Put a drop inside the condom to make it more comfy for you, and use plenty on your lady friend to make it much more comfy for both of you.  Invest in a good lube, too, don't buy cheap crap.  I personally prefer thicker lubes than things like Astroglide... made for astronauts, not for pussies (at least, not mine!).

You might have a mild latex allergy, my friend.  Very common -- you should ask your doctor.  I don't think it's common to get a red rah from using a condom, esp after just 10 minutes, which is, frankly, a bit sad.  I wear a condom and can fuck my girl for hours -- use proper lube (KY) and everybody's happy.
