It's much harder to hide flaws if the person is moving around.  
Selfies would be my second choice. Professional photos are a distant 3rd.  

 
One thing that I've never seen done, is a provider actually talking in her videos.  They usually have some sultry soundtrack. I wouldn't mind a little  voice-over.

Selfies, pro shots and videos all play a part and give us gents a different lens, so to speak, to view the provider. The videos I am not crazy about are the ones where it jump cuts from one shot to the next all too quickly. That is frustrating for the viewer.

While edits are obviously necessary, this is a case where less of them is best. I also prefer full body shots, be they pics or vids, rather than super close up shots which give us very little to go on.

...but real vs photoshopped/brushed I'd have to say real is always best.  What I really like is when a provider has an OF or many vids page with b/g videos for two reasons.  I can get a great idea of how she may perform and after seeing her, it's a great perk to subscribe and still enjoy the memories.  

Fwiw, a many vids link will automatically get my attention and cause me to explore OR if I am confident that she's a real provider, I'll chase an OF link as well.  My .02

Now, a link to actual tube site adult work?  Oh yeah!

For me, recent photo updates would suffice for well established ladies like yourself.  
Positive reviews (from established mongers) remains the key factor for me to see new providers ... and no deposits.

I may not be in a place where I want music on.  Kind of like social media videos, sound starts muted and I can turn it on.

I do like the idea of hearing you speak in the video, but obviously wouldn't have sound on if I'm somewhere not completely private.

Thanks for posing this question Jaydalee. I'm curious to hear more reflections as well. Years ago, I did a pro video and I was considering hiring a videographer and working on another one. Though I'm not entirely convinced it's necessary. Most advertising and verification sites that companions use don't even allow for videos to be hosted directly on their site. Uploading to video platforms is a hassle. Vimeo barred my previous professional promo video even though I appropriately rated it based on their guidelines.  

 
But the main reason I'm not pressed to do another professional video is I'd get more variety and coverage out of a photo session. For all that would be required to finance a professional video, I'd rather put that towards going all out on professional photos, hiring a photographer for several hours, and ordering more edits. For now, I seem to do fine with the fun self-shot mini videos I post on my blog and on Bluesky.

One technical point:  while videos usually can't be manipulated as much as photos, they can be manipulated; easy to push a slider and give a girl a golden tan.  

But because video moves, I believe it's a more difficult medium to work in and therefore much more difficult to do well. IMHO, most of the provider videos I've seen are the same old slo-mo, light/shadow display of arcs and crevasses of female anatomy.  I've yet to see one that grabbed me.  And of course, that's because we're accustomed to super-bowl ad quality; and video can be done by anyone with a phone.  So easy to do, impossible to do really well.  

As for photos, I don't care for selfies.  As for the rest, it depends.  A problem I have with a lot of provider photos is that they look like just that:  pretty girls posing for photographs.  Perhaps because my sexuality was forged in the days of pin-ups and girlie mags, I prefer shots of scantily clad women looking right into the camera with a come-hither or "I'm naughty?" look, taking off their clothes, taking a shower, adjusting hosiery, etc.  But engaged in something, not just posing.
