I contacted a well known provider via e-mail to see about an appointment. She responded promptly with questions about what I wanted, how much time & what my budget would be. I wrote back asking for an amount of time & a gfe. I also let her know a ballpark amount. I thought this was enough info & discreet. She wrote back stating "i need to know exact activities.. thats how i base my prices... in general it runs xxx-xxxx an hour depending on activities..." I then wrote to her saying that I didn't feel comfortable discussing explicitly what I was looking for as I thought GFE covered my bases in a discreet way. she wrote to say that it isn't a big deal & she does it all the time. Her email is from her web site & I believe I am corresponding w/ the provider but this smells like it might be LE. what do you ladies think? I always thought being non-explicit was the way you ladies liked to correspond. Am I nuts?
It would be one thing if you already knew her well and there was a lot of trust, but for any provider to start off this way with a new client is dead wrong.
Even if she is well known, there's always a chance that LE has got to her and is having her set up people in a sting - it happens.
You might also inquire directly about her on her local or regional board. If she is well-reviewed you have nothing to worry about and most of the guys will tell you if she's a ROB. Now on the matter of pricing, I would keep looking if she is going to up-sell you as if you are buying options on a car.
You are NOT nuts. I think you are right to be careful. I'm surprised, because she is well-known. No provider I know handles booking or sessions in this fashion. Not only is it not safe, it kind of takes the magic out of it. Perhaps this works for her, however.
LE or not, move on. It sounds like she is working her way up to an up-sell, without even having to take the time to actually meet you before she gives you an ala carte menu. Either way, this is not how most ladies operate, and if it works for her fine, but there are plenty of ladies out there who are far more accommodating and who put a price tag on their time only.
And you are correct, most ladies prefer the less said, the better when it comes to e-mails and phone calls.
