An exprovider-turned-civvy-friend said this out of the blue while we were exploring the ancient ruins in another country with a bunch of other friends. I have not heard of this expression before, but it became pretty obvious what it meant because she tilted her head UP and actually SHOWED me the bats inside her cave!! Considering she has a tomboyish personality it wasn't all that surprising so I just played along and said 'yeah keep digging'.  ROFL

How often do you run into a gorgeous head-turning girl who tilts her head up asks YOU if there are any bats in her cave???  

IMO, that's a bit like a dude bending over facing his female friend and asking if he still has any butt cheese left after wiping his butt.  Or maybe she just took revenge on me after I resonated the hell out of that toilet bowl all the way to the ceiling after that exotic food... rofl
