BUT I also live in an apartment building, so my door cannot be accessed by anyone. You have to have a key. And I have a 2 bedroom apartment, and use 1 bedroom for myself and the 2nd bedroom for sessions. While I am planning on getting a second apartment very soon, at this time it is not financially possible. But I have worked out of my home for about 75% of my career and I haven't had any problems as of yet. But the OP on the linked thread did a lot of other things wrong, and sounds like she just doesn't know how to control the situation. As providers we have to be the one in control or you open yourself up to abuse.
