We're all smart on this board... so let's not panic!(Unless you're the Gov!)

Nice pic, BTW.  If anything, would be even more careful.  If this is affecting things in Florida, wonder how it affects things in NY?  Given the media frenzy that's building,  would be hesitant to see anyine I didn't already know...

and will soon behind us all (well all except his family).  If you are going to hobby, make sure that you keep a low profile.  Cannot say it enough... his financial footprint was hugh.... there are ways to effect this type of exchange - but they all require trust.  While I do not do "Expensive" dates (multi hour or high priced gals)) often, I make sure that I leave as small a foot print as possible.

The danger that I see in this is that we all need to learn something about our elected officials... be they liberal, conservative, Dem or Rep, if they have NO sense of humor about life and human proclivities,  lets not elect them.... at least Romney impressed me that way - not human....  

Bill Clinton - on the other hand was a bit the other extreme.... but still - a likeable person who does impress you as one who can truly have sympathy for the misery of others....

Heck... even Rush Limbaugh was caught with Viagra that was not perscribed in his name....  

So Tabu - to your point, I tend to agree - had I been this guy - I would have gone with a low profile lady....  and not something that he knew, as a former AG, could possibly be the target of investigation - although I gotta say, it was his activity - that triggered the investigation and not the agency....

Unless your an elected official or Ceo of some fortune 500 company there is nothing to be nervous about.

Also, I have always felt independents are always safer to stick with than some of these million dollar elite agencies that are frequently targeted by the government.

I remember the same crap storm when The DC madam story broke.  I also remember some people thinking that the TER site crashing for a few days around the same time was related. I even remember getting the same types of PM's back then that I am getting now.

I also refuse to buy into the insanity and paranoia.
The common thread among all of these high profile busts is the same. It's not about escorting. It IS about tax evasion and other suspicious money handling issues. As if people need to be reminded the issue here is obvious. Screw with the IRS and you are in for it.
Your points are well made and solid Tabu. Low profile, discrete ladies are really not a target. The predominant threat to the hobbiest is still local LE NOT the FBI or the IRS. Local LE goes after low end providers who don't screen and don't know how to keep a low profile.  The better a lady or agency's screening is the safer we customers are.

Just a question - I find myself enjoying high-end escorts, particularly ones who charge more than what I would normally pay my regular providers.  I just recently had to do a bank wire transfer.  While it seemed harmless enough, I'm wondering if there are other ways to transfer funds without having things on record.  I've considered just sending cash via FedEx or something like that.  Thoughts?
