Squirting gives me a different type of "O".  Usually more intense.  I love it when I my g spot is tapped hard and fast to the point that I squirt so hard it hits my friend in the eye.  Squirting is something that I have only been able to do the past few years.  And it is not urination.  David Shade says it is a female ejaculation.  Check out his "masterful lover" book.  It explains exactly how to make your partner achieve this type of "O".  I have shared the book with one of my ATF's.  His skills (while always great) have improved dramatically.
