My guess is that opinions on this topic are a factor of how old a person is. I have been "AARP-qualified" for more than a decade. I prefer ladies’ bodies to be Version 1.0, straight and unadulterated from Mother Nature, no matter what her age.
Obviously, my main motivation for hobbying is to have a variety of sex partners without the “civilian-baggage”, but a close second is the opportunity it gives me to experience and marvel in the variety of the female form.
For me, an appropriate analogy to women and their bodies is a field of wildflowers. If you park your car at the side of the road and get for a quick look, there are some flowers that immediately grab your attention because of their size or color.....these are the 44DD’s of the flower world.
If you get back in the car and depart, you will have missed many hidden wonders. Take the time to walk through the field and look for the flowers that grow close to the ground, flowers that go unseen by those who decide what is beautiful based upon a quick impression. Smell them.....do the flowers that appear less than stunning nevertheless have a pleasant aroma?
As I explore a woman’s body, I want to be enchanted by the miracle of life and the variety of their bodies:
• the size and shape of her breasts: how does she respond to having them massaged.....
• the color and shape of her areolas: does her breathing become more rapid as my finger circles them.....
•the diameter and length of her nipples: how aroused does she become as my tongue flicks them and then I start to gently suck on them....(as I do this I always wonder if this lady will be my second experience with one who orgasms from nipple sucking).....
• the size and shape of her labia (the flower analogy should be obvious): will they be long enough for me to suck into my mouth and gently grip them between my lips.....

If I may add to what you've written, I have been finding myself often shifting from 'playing one instrument at a time' to 'conducting the orchestra'. I make sure each instrument is 'tuned' before attempting the 'symphony'.
