It would be nice if we could pick our clients. I would probably still pick the majority of clients that I see, but it would be nice to weed the undesirables out. I usually just put them on my personal DNS (do not see) list and choose not to see them again. If they're good tippers though and not too touchy I may continue seeing them.
Another thing I've noticed, the undesirables seem to be the touchiest. Is that to make up for the lack of physical touch they receive in "real life"? I've always thought so.
In as much as you can screen properly and ask for details in references. You can ask other ladies about the attractiveness of the client and they may respond honestly. You might not get as much business this way but if you are really concerned then that is an option. Some ladies even ask for photos.
Who I feel bad for are the agency girls who often have no choice who they see.
I am a pretty young guy and so many providers seem happy to see me as they say most of their clients are old geezers who have trouble keeping it up or are unattractive. Careful screening does help weed these types out and if I was to inadvertently let one into my personal space and he exhibited traits that I could not deal with for any amount of money, I would hand back the donation and tell him to leave.

As far as the OP, all I got to say is that mainly I don't pay attention to the less than perfect areas unless it is really, really bad. My experiences "overall" have been that the not so perfect guys are the nicest and the hot ones tend to be bigger dicks.
I am more of a mental stimulator so personality/intelligence weighs far more with me than looks could ever make up for. Hygiene is a deal breaker for me.
